Great fun. Great people. Should be 5 star. There should be single price for all photos and videos. - We had a fantastic time. The pickup arrived on time and the three activities were really good. The people were fantastic and tried their best to make sure we had a great time. This should be a 5 star review but it’s 4 star because they could have been better with the pricing for the photos and videos. They wanted us to pay separately for the parasailing, banana boat and scrambler. Firstly, it doesn’t make sense because we book the event with 3 included activities. Secondly, it’s obviously much more expensive if the pricing were separate. I chose to negotiate a single price for the photos and videos for the three activities. The guys were great and easy to work with. I understand that the separate pricing decision was made by their managers. Overall, I’d highly recommend this tour but would suggest negotiating a single price for all photos and videos. It’s a fabulous tour!

Crap - Aweful, chaotic & avoid! We got told to meet at the Novotel in Naama Bay, then I get in the taxi to find out there’s 2 Novotels in the area. Reached out to Salma who had messaged me about the trip in the morning and no response, got to hotel and messaged again and no response. Management at hotel rang the number and nobody picked up. Waited 20 minutes and then went looking for their office along the front. The manager there admitted the mistake and then quickly fiddled around to make the best of it. Clearly they didn’t know we were coming. Then Salam messaged us saying how was our trip after avoiding calls and messages and took no accountability for events. It was all shocking!!! Don’t use Sun n fun
