Crap - Aweful, chaotic & avoid! We got told to meet at the Novotel in Naama Bay, then I get in the taxi to find out there’s 2 Novotels in the area. Reached out to Salma who had messaged me about the trip in the morning and no response, got to hotel and messaged again and no response. Management at hotel rang the number and nobody picked up. Waited 20 minutes and then went looking for their office along the front. The manager there admitted the mistake and then quickly fiddled around to make the best of it. Clearly they didn’t know we were coming. Then Salam messaged us saying how was our trip after avoiding calls and messages and took no accountability for events. It was all shocking!!! Don’t use Sun n fun
