Please support these guys as they helped us have a fab time. - I rated 5 stars as this was a fantastic day from start to end. From getting collected, flight to Cairo and back, there were no worries or stress, guide Ibrahim was fab, he had in-depth knowledge as well as gave us the best experience. Our driver Ehad, was great also, made the journey with no issues as well as was always nearby too, lunch was great and plenty to choose, including all the venues we visited. To have a stress free trip to Cairo to see the pyramids, museum, spinx, and other attractions, then these guys are the best, FTS travels.

7 stars (if I could give more than 5) for this day trip from Sharm el Sheikh to Cairo - This was a very long day but it was absolutely worth it. We were picked up from our hotel at 4.30 am amd taken to the airport at Sharm el Sheikh to fly to Cairo. We were met by Ismail and Ahmed, our personal guide and driver for the day. Ismail was so helpful and knowledgeable, keeping us informed and feeling safe throughout the day We started off being dropped off at the gate to the market in the heart of Islamic Cairo. A history of trading at the site dates as far back as around 1382 to 1389, but the carved and decorated gates and alleyways came later, in the 16th century. Ahmed picked us up to take us to the Egyptian museum, where we saw so much of ancient Egyptian history, including Tut Ankh Amun's golden chair, his burial jewellery and finery, mummified animals and the mummies of Yuya and Thuya. You can still see their finger nails and blonde curly hair. After a coffee break, Ahmed drove us to the banks of the Nile for a boat trip. The view was amazing, with Cairo on one side and Giza on the other. Our next stop was to the papyrus institute where we were shown the process for making the first writing material that is similar to paper. It was invented by the Egyptians in approximately 3000 B.C. The art work was explained to us, depicting typical ancient Egyptian stories such as judgement day. When the lights are turned off, the pictures light up and create a completely different picture. After an all excellent all you can eat buffet, we were taken to 3 different drop offs to get the best views of the Giza Pyramids. The views were stunning. We were then taken to see the Spinkx and the temple that had been built to mummify the bodies of the Pharoes. Our final stop was to a perfume and oil factory, where a Bedouin family explained how they grow the flowers and the process used to create pure essential oils used for many remedies and for the base for many household named perfumes. We didn't get back to our hotel until after 11.30 pm but it had been a fabulous experience. I would definitely recommend this trip and our excellent guide and driver.

Guida @ksa.Gamal top dei top - Excursion to Cairo from Sharm, an objectively tiring experience for those who like me suffer from the heat, but our Gamal Guide made the day a family event to remember. Despite being a 13-year-old son pre-teen who gets hives at the word “museum”, our friend Gamal (because at the end of the day he will be your friend) managed to involve him and excite him. Fabulous Egyptian museum, breathtaking pyramids, as well as the sphinx, really great Nile lunch, exciting camel ride and mini Nile boat ride at sunset to faint! The tour was super fun but educational, Gamal answered our many (many) questions throughout the day, competent, professional but never boring. Fast and quiet flight, very comfortable movements, monuments to see at least once in a lifetime. Recommendation without hesitating Gamal as Guide because to us took the holiday! If I could I would give 6 stars!

Excellent Guide - Great experience with this tour operator (FTS Travel ), the Guide who accompanied us throughout the day, Mr. Gamal, was very engaging and exhaustive in his explanations, but above all a sunny and funny person. The Best Guide on this Holiday! If you are Italian on holiday in Sharm el Sheikh, I recommend this Cairo day tour with Gamal

Exploring Cairo in a day. - Asmaa/ Mohammed was our tour guide, made me feel part of the group even though I was by myself. Egyptian Museum- -we were shown the key exhibits, and had time to then explore by ourselves. The boat trip on the Nile gave us a different perspective of Cairo. The visit to the pyramids was spectacular and the camel ride well organised. We stopped to see the Sphinx but this was too brief for me. All in all a memorable day, FTS is a reliable organisations a caring intelligent guide, who made Cairo a memorable experience.

Fantastic tour with a fantastic guide - We flew from Sharm to Cairo and visited the Egyptian museum, short cruise on the nile, pyramids and sphinx, incl a couple of stops on the way. The history and scenery of Egypt speaks for itself, but to be accompanied by a guide who was so knowledgeable made the trip extremely memorable and such a pleasure. We were a grouo of 4, (two couples), so the whole day was very personal. Amine discussed everything with us and ensured we had the best from the day, with everything in an order appropriate to us. Everyone absolutely loved the day, and at the first opportunity I will be back to repeat it again and request that Amine is the tour guide as he was fantastic. If I had to do it again I would request more time at the museum and skip the papyrus visit and perfuum shop, ensuring more time at one of the most important attractions.

FTS TRAVELS the best - The tour operator FTS TRAVELS was fantastic! Despite the 3h late outbound flight (not because of FTS of course) we managed to do everything and even more than we thought. Guide Abdil was outstanding! He never left us alone and guided us in the city of Cairo: Egyptian museum, lunch, pyramids, sphinx, papyrus shop with demonstration of how it was worked, essence shop, private boat ride on the Nile, tour in the Great Point of Sale to buy souvenirs and return to the airport at 22:00. Our group consisted of a total of 6 people, the same age and all Italian. The Guide spoke excellent Italian. Highly recommended!

Fab hot and fun - Fab trip marred only by EgyptAir as our flight to Cairo was 3 hrs late and as the pyramids close at 4pm we only had a 40min visit to the museum and about the same at the Pyramids which was such a shame. Our tour guide Sharif was brilliant and stayed with us until v late as our flight home was after midnight and took us to see other attractions and a market. We were with a lovely group and Sharif answered knowledgeably every question and was lots of fun. Our driver was also brilliant trying to get us everywhere as quickly as poss

Honest review - Negatives: 1.We booked the flight to cario. The company changed it to the bus 6 hours before. We booked the ticket 2 weeks ago and when I checked skyscanner at thet time, there was tickets avaliable. 2. Then you confirm the timings 4 hours before the bus leaves. 3. Then you tell us 3 hours before to get a visa when the original plan was to get the visa from the airport. 4. You want us to change the date to the 20th August when on the email we said we are leaving. 5. You ask us to go on Monday when I told you we have to be at the airport at 8pm for our home flight. 6. It's been 5 days and we are still waiting for our refund. Postives: 1. The tour guide was really informative and adapted the day to what the family required! 2. The pick up was on time from the airport. 3. There was communication throughout the journey but I had no data so couldn't communicate.  Overall it was a good trip and part of the memory. But it was stressful in the moment.
