Sherif is an amazing... - Sherif is an amazing guide, he brought so much knowledge and enjoyment to our trip. He went above and beyond to provide a once in a lifetime experience.

Amazing day at the pyramids - Mo batchan made this an amazing trip for us. His knowledge of Egyptian history was excellent. He took us to fantastic places we would have missed without a guide and took some great Insta worthy photos for us. Overall Mo and our driver made this a day that we will never forget. I would highly recommend this tour.

Day Tour Cairo by Air from Sharm - Our tour starts from Sharm airport with arrival after about an hour of travel to Cairo airport where our guide Nabil was already waiting for us ....Unforgettable experience... Mr. Nabil, throughout the tour, has never abandoned us... very prepared person, nice, speaks very well Italian. It will put you at ease immediately. Ask for it when booking the tour, you really will not regret it.

Fantastic, Armed our guide was brilliant. FTS was a concern. - Armed our guide was brilliant and very informative considering the farcical situation that FTS travel had left him in. Late evening the day before our planned visit to Cairo, we had a message requesting us to move the date of our excursion to the day that we were leaving Egypt. We refused and wanted our money back as it was a birthday present for my partner. They never honoured our money back wish and we were passed around various agents who seemed not to have any idea what was going on, we were left very stressed not knowing what exactly was happening. We took a chance and we were picked up to our relief we eventually went, we also learnt that the group with us had also been asked a few hours before with the promise that they would compensate. This never happened. The trip itself was fantastic, a trio of a life time. Shame about the mix up, apparently overbooked!

A fabulous day in Cairo - I had an absolutely fabulous day. I went alone but that was no problem at all! Sherif was so friendly and kind and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and more! I loved my time at the pyramids and Sherif took the best pictures of with the sphinx and the pyramid and made sure I was happy with them. Overall such a fabulous day. Not too much and too little! The perfect day, did everything I wanted to in Cairo :)

1 day trip to Cairo. - We had an amazing time, our tour guide Sheriff was amazing and made up for the lack of communication from part of the organisers. Aside from the lack of communication beforehand, Sherif made our tour an incredible experience!

Cairo - Trip to pyramids was enjoyable however disappointed that we only got to spend 1 hr and 30 mins, same with museum visit, only short time. What we weren’t told was that our tour included a visit to the river Nile which we didn’t want but guide took us there as we were told museum not open yet so we ended up paying an extra $30. We were not told about visiting a factory that made pictures and oil perfumes where you are pressured to make a purchase. We felt our tour was more about visiting the factories to make a purchase as I think these guides get a commission as there were lots of tourists in the same position. I was then pressured into writing a review in a mini bus on our way to the airport by our guide.

A Disappointing Experience with FTS Excursions from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo - I regret to say that our experience with FTS excursions to Cairo was extremely disappointing, despite being booked weeks in advance through trusted TripAdvisor recommendations. The main issue was the abrupt cancellation of our Thursday trip at 1 am, just hours before the scheduled 4 am pick-up. This left us scrambling for answers as their was minimal communication from the company. After speaking to several people from the company. Instead of offering a full refund, FTS pressured us into rescheduling, forcing us to rearrange other plans at additional costs. Adding to the frustration, a couple who joined our group had a personal interest in visiting the Salahuddin Fortress and the Mohammed Ali Mosque. However, forced upon us when we landed, and we were coerced into an alternative option, which involved either visiting a site we didn’t want or spending an hour idling on the bus. The lack of flexibility and consideration was disheartening. To make matters worse, the entrance fees we were charged exceeded the actual prices, and we were taken to a papyrus paper shop disguised as part of the tour. It became clear that this detour was orchestrated to make sure we paid for the extra activity we did not know about at the beginning of the day, which felt manipulative and unprofessional. While Ahmed, the tour guide, was knowledgeable and accommodating, this was the only redeeming aspect of the trip. The rest of the day was poorly planned. The empty Friday roads in Cairo meant there was little to see, resulting in hours of downtime. Another glaring issue was the flight scheduling. The couple in our group had a return flight at 5 pm, while ours was at 9 pm. This meant we were rushed back to the airport early and missed any further exploration of Cairo. Lastly, we were promised a complimentary photo from the trip, which was never sent. After multiple follow-ups through various channels, we were left with limited memories of the day. It was after two week since I arrived from Egypt and yet again via multiple people I had been forced to speak to. I recieved low quality pictures which doesnt seem to have come from a camera Ahmed had with him on the day. Furthermore During the Nile cruise which was €10 euros which nowhere near adequate compensation which they claimed it to be. A photo of my group was taken without consent with the FTS company logo which I had initially refused to take a picture with as I was extremely unhappy the company. In summary, FTS failed on multiple fronts: poor communication, lack of transparency, and a disorganized itinerary. This was not the seamless, enjoyable experience we had anticipated and planned for. I would advise others to reconsider booking with them, as the stress and disappointment far outweighed the benefits.
