A day trip from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo to visit the Giza pyramids and the Egyptian museum is an absolute must-do activity in Sharm. The journey by bus provides a good opportunity to experience local Egypt, making it a wonderful experience for you.
You will be picked up from your hotel at Sharm el Sheikh at 12:30 AM. Meet your tour leader in the hotel lobby, who will assist you to the bus station. You will board an air-conditioned bus with a toilet, and the journey will take approximately 6 hours.
Upon arrival in Cairo, you will meet your guide at the bus station holding a sign with your name. You will then head to the Egyptian Museum to see numerous artifacts from the Pharaonic era, including the golden mask, treasures, and some mummified animals. Afterward, you will have lunch at a quality restaurant. Following lunch, you will be transferred to the Giza Pyramids to see the three famous pyramids and the amazing statue of the Sphinx. Finally, you will return to Sharm El Sheikh.
