Amazing. - Absolutely loved the quad bikes, we got loads of time on them, well worth the money. Enjoyed it so much I did it twice!

The one trip you have to do in Sharm - Great experience. Guides were friendly, pick up on time in quality minibus, bikes were good, show was good, food not so good but that was expected since trip was cheap. Booking direct via TripAdvisor was significant saving on cost quoted by tour rep at the hotel.

Incredible experience - Unbelievably amazing! Bus pick up from hotel was on time and our receptionist knew our tour was coming. Then we got to the quad bikes and they helped us with our scarfs. The ride was amazing, through the desert and between the mountains, and not super slow either it’s very exciting! We stopped at a beduin settlement for drinks and a 20 minute rest and then got back on and headed for the bedouin dinner which was decent food with fun entertainment and kind polite staff. Then when it was dark we rode home really fast, but you don’t have to go fast if you don’t want to although it’s a lot of fun

A beautiful night of fun - It would have 5star rating if we were picked up on time. We booked to be picked up at 3.30pm. Our driver got to us 5.30pm. My daughter and I almost lost hope. We asked our hotel Reception to contact them severally for reassure which helped. However the experience itself was beyond amazing. At least my daughter enjoyed the quad bike a lot. The bike garage is very crowded the had 100s of bikes and everyone trying to get one at the same time. But the guys there managed everyone very well making sure everyone was happy. Make sure to take your own scarf and sunglasses, you will need them. Its a desert and very dusty obviously. They sell scarf for £3 on site. And we got it for £1 near our hotel. The dinner was just average, The show was average.

The trip was below... - The trip was below average. The bike ride was nice, the camel ride was literally less than 1 minute. The dinner was very bad and there was no bedouin party, just a couple of performances (not traditional), very short maybe 30 minutes in total. With this price, you could have done much better and still make profit.

*****************************avoid******************************************************* - *****************************avoid ************************************************* Extremely bad service. They picked us from the hotel to take to the safari area. Gave us the quads. Half way through they stopped us asking for the money. I explained then that it was all paid up and showed them the evidence. They said we have the confirm while the party left us. After a while they came back and said you didn't pay for the baby. I explained to then that when book I was told to book for the number for quads. The baby wasn't using quad, so i was told there is no ticket for him. After arguing for half hour and making phone calls they agreed. Our package included camel ride but they didnt offer. Main issue is they started the argument in the desert so that they can blackmail us. *****************************avoid*******************************************************

Scam - The first appointment, the driver who was in a hurry did not come to pick us up, postponed 3 days later, the bus driver forgot us so a car came to pick us up almost 1 hour later. We did a max of 10 minutes of quad round trip!!! We did not observe the stars at any time since we remained near the start. The quads were failing every 30 seconds. The French guide, non-existent. The meal with the Bedouins... that speaks for itself. This is a pure and simple scam. We request a refund otherwise we will not stop there.

Would not recommend (also wrap up warm) - To start off, we were picked up over 35 mins late with no contact or explanation, once we arrived in the desert we waited around for 45 mins with no explanation. You spend about 20 mins on the quad bikes (which aren’t in great condition) - that part is fun. You spend about 5 mins on the camels, and then you ride around 5 mins to a lounge area in the middle of the desert. Again, you’re waiting a long time without explanation and by this point it’s getting cold and windy. The entertainment is weak, and just at the point where you’re completely over it, they line everyone up and slap some cold food on a polystyrene plate. This trip could be so much better with some simple customer service tweaks like explanations and timeliness.
