pleasant trip - Thank for your hard work guys, powerful bikes and safe .
we opted for an early tour to avoid the desert heat. our guides did their best and also allowed us to ride a camel for free. I definitely recommend to everyone.

Did not collect from hotel - Although confirmed by E-Mail, the tour provider did not arrive at the hotel for the 8 AM pick up and as a result we missed the trip. I tried to contact too after waiting for 90 mins past the pick-up time, but did not get a response.
They realised this later in the afternoon and contacted me directly to offer a different date and time, but due to other trips this was unfortunately one we had to miss.
I did appreciate the offer to reschedule with the addition of extras at no additional cost, and understand that mistakes happen sometimes. But a collection is something that should be basic for a tour operation and due to this issue we missed out on the opportunity.
