Amazing experience swimming with dolphins. - When swimming with those magnificent creatures you may experience holding on to their dorsal fin while they pull you through the water; give kisses, and handshakes. Being able to see that is really amazing. My sister and I had a great experience with the dolphins. We would highly recommend this guide. Ps. They also picked us up and dropped us off from our hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.

A decent experience but make sure youre aware.... - I bought this swim with dolphins as a gift for my wifes birthday months before going. so i didnt really research reviews as there wasnt many to begin with. there was a number of compromises with the whole experience which before booking . i recommend reading . 1. the tickets i bought said 3pm, this wasnt clear on the ticket for a start . was i swimming with them at 3pm or getting picked up . the communication from the trip organiser by whattsapp (if she was that ) said i would get picked up at 3:30 on the day , okay fair enough. so i asked her how long it will take as i had meal booked that night . she said it will take a total of 1.5 hours. this seemed okay to be fair. we got picked up at 3:20 , which was good, got to the dolpin place which was called Dolphina by the way . we ended up waiting in reception for an hour as they had a show on. once we arrived no one told us how long we would wait and there was no team leader etc to introduce us the place etc. abit of a vacant entry so far 2. after waiting for more than an hour in recpetion we get rounded up really quick by a guy and ushered into the health and safety video which was acceptable but as soon as the video finished we was ushered out into the main corridor entering the pool . there was life jackets and only 3 swim suits there . no one was around to help us put our life jackets on and there was just random men everywhere shouting at each other and walking round which felt chaotic. then when i went into the changing rooms literally every single locker had been smashed open . this was a huge red flag for me as i had all my belongings . the changin rooms had no places to sit and felt uncomfatable . my wife then exited her changing room which smelt of urine and had the same locker situation as the mens looking a tad confused and worried. literally there was no one around to stop and ask for guideance 3. after some guy kept coming up to me asking for a tip for no reason at all, me and the mrs finally got our wetsuits sorted and on and left our belongings at the side of the pool. we was ready . we waited at pool side whilst listening to some very repetitve harsh music which was quite annoying. but what made me pretty angry was when i booked this for 3pm and its now 5pm . the place had gone dark . this would affect the whole experience in my opinion. they then put on stadium lights which seemed okay but not to satisfaction. 4. the whole dolphin experience its self was actually good and enjoyable but the men running the show with their 1990's video camera and proper camera man was just biccering with each other to what couples and which dophins they had to get for the ''money shots'' . it felt like they was making a cheap budget film. 5. once we was finished we got changed. during this time another guy and his lad was strugglin to open the one locker which had a padlock left, he sounded abit desperate to open his locker and with the language barrier there i just couldnt help him :( . the guy who was asking for a tip off me was still pecking my head and anoying me again 6. but the worst part of all this comes to when we went to recpetion to look at our photos. the videos where already up and to be honest they looked okay but the 6 photo screens which was ran by 2 computers was very painful and by this point i wanted to go home , the pictures looked okay but we had to view everyone elses pictures before seeing ours . during this time another couple was kicking off about pricing so we asked about pricing and they said it was $7 per pic but an additional $3 to transfer to phone or $150 for the lot and video, abit scandalous to be honest then they offered it us only ON CD . WHO HAS CD'S THESE DAY LOL . by the time we got round to ours pictures another couple kept scrolling back and forth and we had enough and left. not impressed After being in sharm for a week and literally everything we did on holiday was spot on , this was on the last day and tainted the holiday I never moan but this place needs a review and people need to be aware of what Dolphina is like. i also mentioned all this to the rep and got no reply in the end Constructive critism needed 1. have a better time schedule on tickets when ordeirng 2. have a team leader in place on site , with good multiple languages 3. new lockers and better changin facilites 4 . more westsuits 5. better photobooths to buy your photos, have them sold on a USB stick 6. a pricing structure on photos 7. less aggressive staff and actually let couples or families take photo's and videos them selves on the odd
