Wonderful Diving - It's my first time I was afraid in the first but It was very special and unique our guide and the Divers was really humble with us and very funny the food was tasty everything was special and organized by our guide

Great Experience - Super friendly staff. Great at keeping us begginers calm. I recommend taking something if you suffer from motion sickness. I was the only one who was effected so it wasn't the captain.

Great experience 🤟 - Our guide Samir was funny, friendly and thoughtful and made our experience absolutely perfect!
Keep in mind that it is veeeery windy and cold on the boat so bring something to cover yourself up.

Amazing time - All the boat staff, instructors and the underwater photographer were super friendly and professional.
Only reason they have got 4 stars is because the land photographer was extremely pushy and tried guilt tripping for photos. This issue was also resolved by the rest of the team.

Memorable experience - Overall the team was excellent and the price is very reasonable. For vegetarians there are limited options in the buffet but that’s understandable.
For complete beginners and people with no swimming experience it would be slightly difficult as the instructions are orally provided for few minutes and expect you to dive inside by remembering all the rules and without panicking which is slightly tough for beginners. Instructors did an excellent job too hence four star but would be helpful with any 60mins training session inside pool for beginners or Atleast have extra care and support for beginners would have made my trip more enjoyable.
Free snorkeling is included in the trip which is not clearly mentioned hence mentioning would be beneficial and increase for future bookings.

Diving experience depends... - Diving experience depends on the instructor. Some instructors were good while some were not. So it's about luck. Food was not good. But overall cruise was good. Photography was super expensive as compared to other tour guides

Disorganized Disappointment - This is one of the tours my family and I were most excited for in Egypt, however, it ended up being one of our worst experiences because of the service. (A shame with views that can sell themself)
Prior to arrival, the coordination was acceptable for hotel pick-up/drop-off, the staff requested copies of passports to get started on the national park permit required (and to identify us at pickup) and hotel name/room number.
The service level declined rapidly upon arrival at the port. Several issues throughout the day:
- Extreme disorganization and rudeness at checkin
- Inaccurately processed booking information, resulting in 1 dive instructor for 21 divers upon departure.
- Charging for people for the use of snorkel equipment even though they were included in the reservation. All snorkel equipment was broken or inoperable, in which they would then try to charge you for “breaking”.
- Aggressive photo taking, in and out of the water taking away from the diving experience. (Oh, and if you dare not purchase them at the end? Good luck)
- The icing on the cake? Physically shaking a tip jar in front of your face while deboarding.
- Disappointing management of people near the coral. It’s a dying species and they were letting people touch it and stand on it.
The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because when we actually were left alone by photographers and got to scuba for 10 minutes, it was beautiful.
If you decide to go:
- Bring a towel.
- Physically bring a copy of your booking to dispute any up charges.
- Bring your passport.
- Adjust your expectations.

Not great - The trip wasn’t as advertised.
1. The pick up was late by over 30 minutes. The boat then sat in the harbour for a very long time which meant that it was not at sea for 8 hours as suggested.
2. We selected the boat as it was a large boat (max 30 passengers) although we set sail with 38. I think that there would have been more if additional bookings had been made. I would however say in defence that the boat was large and comfortable.
3. The trip doesn’t include all costs. They make you pay extra for a life jacket albeit if you are a comfortable swimmer you will bot need one.
4. We booked the trip in order to complete a beginners dive. The cost does not include this and basically the additional money double the price.
The dive itself was about 10 minutes. Although it was good, the instructors were more interested in getting photos and videos rather than the experience.
Overall, the snorkelling was ok but was rushed due to the poor timings which meant that at one site, we only had 15 minutes.

horrible experience - was not scuba diving, take photos to try to sell
the crews enjoyed thier scuba so boat was very very delayed to pick them up.. and because of this, we missed one snokling points..this was horrible experience for my family
