Upon learning about the Open Water course, some may wonder if there are prerequisites. Indeed, there are, but rest assured, you can achieve them!

Before enrolling in the OW course, you need to:

• Be at least 10 years old to enroll in the Junior Open Water course.
• Afterward, you can join the OW course at a minimum age of 13.
• Swimming skills are essential, but they can be learned.
• Most importantly, maintain good health.
