A wonderful experience. - Fab time with the family. We were colleted from the hotel and returned back to the hotel after. The family had a good time.

Amazing experience - Amazing experience! Short lived, husband would have liked longer but I think 8 mins it’s perfect before the nerves kicked in. Not too long of a wait time either.

The video that isn't there - Beautiful experience, it was our first time, and everything was very nice! Thrilling ! They pick you up with a rubber dinghy taxi on the beach and take you on the boat to the center of the sea to enjoy the unique experience In its genre Everything organized except for one negative aspect, a real mockery on the part of the photographer, who tries in every way to get you to buy a photo shoot, accompanied by a video, which in the end he will never send you!!! There are various packages from $20 to $50 He tells you to send you about twenty photos, and he does it too but they are nothing more than enlarged identical photos, the very disappointing note that bothered me a lot is that I was waiting for the video, which didn't arrive and when I wrote it to him, he told me the video wasn't there! In short, they do everything they can to take money from you and cheat you! The photographer in question signs his name with the name MINA, and the boat is yellow like the parachute, so keep your eyes peeled! Don't let yourself be fooled, live the experience and if you can, make a video of it yourself like I did, even if it would have been nicer to do it from below, that is, from the boat!

Nice welcoming crew - Enjoyed it. Its for about 5 minutes, crew were welcoming. I would recommend. They take pictures, best to negotiate as they want to charge a lot.

Great experience, long waiting times - Pickup was right from our hotel as well as drop off being so too. You're taken to crystal beach Sharm, which was only 5 minutes from our accommodation and a small walk to Old Egypt for any reader wondering. The parasailing was fun we we're on the water for a good 40+ minutes on the speedboats and up in the air for around 6-8 as advertised. The wait however after being dropped off was at least 30-40 minutes of dead time stuck lounging around waiting to be called up. Communication with the person who handled our taxi were superb and extremely helpful, before and after setting off.

Good experience - The experience was great and really enjoyable to see the views from above. I think the time up may feel short lived to some, however I feel it’s satisfactory before nerves kick in. The team were good only pitfall the wait was nearly 30mins wait for the boat to arrive, idle time doing nothing. And the driver was late by about 20 mins on pickup, however the organiser did keep us updated on WhatsApp, which is commendable. Overall good experience would recommend!

Ruined by others!! - My daughter and I booked the trip - the taxi driver who picked us up was really nice, no problem with him. When we got onto the boat however my daughter and I where the last on, we were the only British people along with 12 other people. When the person taking in-charge spoke to the group he only spoke to the others in a language they understood, the first thing I am assuming was the safety rules which my daughter and I did not understand, it wasn’t until probably 30 mins into the boat trip he asked where we were from when I could tell him we are British. We were told to leave our bag with phones etc as they could get wet which meant we were then stung for $30 dollars for photos. The trip was ruined by the fact my daughter and I had no idea what was going on were pushed around by the others on to boat as there was no room for us which was not enjoyable at all.

Dissappointing - Positive fact that the people on the boat were quite friendly and knowledgeable. However, the boat was dirty, the gear old and most importantly the experience was really short. Furthermore, the area where we had to board was quite depressing and dirty which didn’t add to the overall experience. Would not recommend it!

Not so friendly - We booked adults tickef since they consider adult from the age of 11. We booked 4 ticket for our girls agea 9,11,11,13. Thow we paid double than agency price. The company didnt let me to join our doughters to the attraction... After arguing they agreed that i will go with them in the car from hotel (they expected me to send them alone ...) And they asked me to pay extra money inorder to stay with them on the boat.... And that after I paid them double price in this reservation than agency price... I will never recomend on them nor come again.. They even disagree to cancel my reservation.
