Located approximately 30 km south of Sharm El Sheikh, the Ras Mohamed National Park is a preserved natural space. Established in 1983 as the only National Park of Egypt, it originally covered an area of 97km² but now spans over 480km², including both land and sea territories. The National Park provides excellent opportunities for snorkeling in the Gulf of Aqaba and the Gulf of Suez, exploring the Mangrove plants and the enchanting lake. It is home to over 1,000 species of fish and 220 types of corals, making a snorkeling trip to the park a truly magical experience. Interesting adventurous excursion - Great snorkelling, interesting tour taking in mangroves and earthquake crack. Short delay en-route to allow for equipment purchase or rental. The guides were great.

Under the sea - I was part of the AliBaba group. He was professional, experienced and able switch between multiple languages. It was my first experience snorkeling and he never made me feel unsafe. Highly recommended tour!

Red Sea Day Cruise - Mega was our tour guide and driver. He spoke great English and was a very nice person. He took a lot of photos for us. I showed him a photo from Google Picture and he knew where it was and took us to take photos. Ras Mohammed is very beautiful. The combination of the desert and the sea is very photogenic. Later we went to a snorkeling spot. There were a lot of fish and beautiful corals. You can go for it, my friends.

Chouettes - Great activity! First of all, we came across a very friendly guide, full of energy who brightened up the whole trip! The snorkeling was great, very calming and fun to do in a group. The little extra of all the stops are the magnificent photos that the guide takes for you.

Well worth it! - Pick up/ride was bit unprepared for "bigger bums" so to speak and while we were to take the last 2 spots in a van, one of them was rather non-existing. The guide gave up his seat for a ride to the shop (?) where snorkelling equipment could have been rented (? not sure if that was paid service or already included, we didn't need anything) and then we were assigned to a van which had spare seats. We were only non-Italian people in the van and that wasn't great.
However, the park was interesting, snorkelling really perfect and few more stops made to see couple more landmarks in the park.
For those who are not 100% confident swimmers - no worries! I saw every guide took a lifebuoy to hold on to and towed people (wearing life jackets) over corals and to the reefs to get the experience. I think that's really nice!
No drinks provided, but everyone had their own anyway.
There was a guy taking pictures, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy any.
Trip was well worth it and also really good price, in my opinion.
