Amazing experience - What an amazing experience, our guide was fantastic even took my phone to film us whist we was on the quad bike. Took time to explain everything. Stopped to take pics of us before going to the bedouin village for the camel ride. The bedouin village was a different experience but still good to see how they live and support themselves in the dessert. Then we went back on the quads for the entertainment and dinner., we saw fire dancers, a belly dancer, a male skirt twirler as well snakes and a monkey.

An amazing experience - Fantastic fun on the quads, amazing being in the desert at sunset and after dark, show very interesting and food delicious.
Camel ride short (about 30 seconds!) and a bit disappointing, but I wasn't too worried about that anyway.
If you fancy quad biking across the desert, and sharing a bit of the bedouin life, just do it!
You won't regret it.

Good overall but….! - Not told our quad guide’s name. He started our bikes & didn’t show us how to do it. Guide should’ve been more aware of someone older like me, aged 63 & a solo female traveller. I’ve ridden a quad bike before but about 18 years ago! We were going at a steady pace & not too fast.
And I was on quad bike 1 behind the guide which was great, but after our first stop in Echo Valley & returning to my quad, a young woman had sat on it & 2 of her friends sat on the 2 quads behind hers, so I had to sit on the last quad bike.
So guide started my quad & switched my lights on & off we went - but suddenly they all seemed to speed off & with all the sand dust kicking up everywhere, it getting quite dark & going up a slight slope, I realised I was suddenly alone & couldn’t see where the guide & other quads in my line had gone. Nowhere to be seen! There were camels crossing & I could see Bedouin areas dotted around in the distance. Then sand buggies were coming towards & past me quite fast. I was scared because I didn’t know which turn the others had made to reach the Bedouin camel ride area. I carried on straight for a bit, waited & then turned slightly around a bend & waited & then to my relief the guide turned up, but I was lost for about 10 minutes & panicking a bit. Not enough care was being taken in ensuring the group stayed together.
Trip information stated we’d be given Bedouin tea, but wasn’t, only offered bottled water, coca-cola or Sprite cans. I said I wanted Sprite & started drinking it when the man asked me for 2 Euros. I didn’t have Euros. I only knew to take 5 Euros with me for the Governmental Fee. I only had Egyptian pounds with me & knew 265 EGP was equivalent to 5 Euros, so paid 300 EGP at quad start area & told 25 EGP change would be given to me at the drinks area. It wasn’t until we reached the Bedouin Village, meal & entertainment area. The camel guide wanted a tip too, when that was included in the trip. He did take a photo of me on my iPhone, but they were blurry.
On starting return journey on quads I was behind the guide but he forgot to start my quad & was left behind trying to start it but couldn’t. I thought no, not again & it was pitch black by now. He returned after 3 minutes once he had realised. It was a bumpy ride back & fast. Not very happy about lack of due care & attention regarding quad bike guide.
