Ultimate Desert Experience/VIP Ras Mohamed/White Island - We used Falcon a few times on our recent holiday. We booked the ultimate desert experience, VIP Ras Mohamed and White Island trip and also booked a taxi to visit Farsha Cafe and Old Market. We communicated via messenger, booking and payment was very straight forward, we were well looked after on each trip. Jimmy was our guide on the desert trip, his knowledge was amazing and made sure we were all ok at each stop through the desert. We also bumped in to Jimmy whilst at Farsha, it was quite busy and we were unsure exactly what the procedure was with getting a table etc, Jimmy literally took us by the hand and led us through the crowd and stayed with us until we got a seat. Ibrahim was our guide on the Ras Mohamed/White Island trip, again he made sure we were all ok on the boat, he was a really nice guy and it was lovely talking to him about his life in general. The dive instructors were also great on this trip, whilst none of us went diving we did go snorkelling, even though we were comfortable in the water by ourselves we took up the offer to swim along with one of the dive instructors holding on to a buoyancy aid whilst he took us to some fantastic coral spots where he would point out and name all the types of fish and coral we could see. I would also like to point out that the same trip being offered by our tour company was more than double the price that Falcon charged! Our first trip out of the hotel was to Soho square where we had used the taxi service from the hotel, this was prior to any of our trips with Falcon, we were a party of six and the hotel didn’t cater for that many people so we had to get two taxis this was a little annoying from a cost point of view. When we decided to go to Farsha and Old Market although Falcon didn’t do a trip to just these two places, they combine these two with Soho Square which we didn’t feel the need to go back to. I messaged Falcon to see if they could assist with a taxi to fit all six of us which wasn’t a problem, the driver dropped us off and we arranged a collection time at each stop, it was all very straightforward and I’m sure saved us some money and allowed us to all travel together. We did 4 four trips with Falcon all amazing!!! - We did four trips as a family of three with a 9yr old with Falcon excisions , Cairo by air, ultimate desert experience, private city tour and 2hour private speed boat. I can honestly say all these trips went amazingly not only are they cheaper than Tui and speaking to others that did some of the trips mentioned I know we got a more personalised experience. Couldn’t recommend Falcon enough to anyone. In resort they will try and put you off using anyone outside of the hotel don’t be fooled and book up with falcon you won’t regret it. I can’t go into details of every trip as I would be here forever but I assure you they are all amazing in there own way every staff member is a real credit to this business.

5 star company - Massive thankyou to falcon team! Every excursion we did (3) has been amazing from start to finish and communicated clearly from pick up times to prices. All the team have been very friendly and helpful. A huge shoutout to Samantha for all her help with regards to questions we had prior to arriving in sharm and all her continued communication when we arrived. She has been a godsend booking excursions has never been so easy and took all the stress of shopping about for prices etc away so we could relax and enjoy our holiday. Thank you from the 3 of us for everything next time we are in sharm we will use you again. 5 star service !!!

Ultimate Desert Experience with teenage children. July 24 - We had the absolutely best time with Falcon Adventures on this trip. The communication, the guides Abdul, but especially Sherif were absolutely awesome. According to our teenage daughter this trip was the best we have ever done. Thoroughly enjoyable, thank you Falcon.

Recommend Falcon 100 % return customer - Honestly cannot recommend Falcon enough he is a great guy who we have returned to using year after year. He is super helpful and knowledgeable and has answered my many questions about excursions, weather and the area. We have participated in the quad adventure which was fantastic day and great value for money. In addition the boat trip was amazing such a brilliant day. He has also transported us for evening meals. 100 % recommend and would not hesitate using next time we are in Egypt.

Made our trip to sharm! - Second time Ive been on the Ultimate Desert experience with falcon. Such an amazing excursion and experience. First went in 2022, and decided to book again with my boyfriend! Had an amazing time accompanied by great staff who were great help and also made me feel confident driving the quads. would 100 percent book again. Surreal experience from start to finish and well worth doing! Also went on the city tour where we visited Al-Sahaba Mosque, Farsha Cafe and Soho Square. it is great value for money and really educational! our tour guide was happy to answer any questions, and was very friendly. this is also the second time ive done this excursion in 3 months. Great fun and also very interesting, soho square was great too! Had private transfers and sim cards through falcon too! great communication throughout. First time in Sharm without family and Said was kind enough to message my dad to let him know I had arrived and was in the transfer on the way to the hotel as I was yet to have wifi. Throughout my trip i had run out of data on my sim card and Falcon where quick to answer my request for another sim card, and delivered it to the front of my hotel within 2 hours of asking. Me and my family first used falcon in 2012, and have since used them for excursions every trip. Communication is always excellent and great customer service along with amazing staff. Top excursion - fun for all - Top excursion - fun for all Collected from hotel - they were delayed but was advised via email I was worried about riding the quad bike but so easy to use and so much fun ( Hint wear long pants as the engine does get hot) Ride out in convoy to the first tent , at all times the team are watching and ensuring you are safe any issues the team are straight over to you. You will have a crazy fantastic photographer filming you along the way, Great guy! You have a rest where you can purchase soft drinks really cheap prices and here you can do the optional extra of riding a camel ( We declined and wasn't pressurised to comply) The photographer will ask if you want to purchase footage of the trip , it does include footage of everyone not just your party but still a reasonably priced memento. Next ride is along to the main area for the entertainment you are seated on the ground in the Bedouin camp you are given a bottle of water per couple, and 2 soft drinks (pepsi) the meal was Meat ( Beef), Kofta, rice and salad husband really enjoyed the meal I wasnt too keen but I am a fussy eater. You then have 3 lots of entertainment we had a fire dancer, traditional male dancer and a belly dancer. You will be asked if you want to purchase additional drinks , again not a bad price and flavoursome fruit smoothies. I'd avoid the toilet unless you are desperate, just they smelt quite bad really put me off using them! We then headed back to base and were dropped off back at the hotel Both mu husband and I said if we had done the trip at the beginning of our holiday we would book it again as we enjoyed it so much Well worth the money!

Bailey adventures - Amazing time x the children and husband loved the trips. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Communication when booking both in the shop with Max and over messenger was brilliant and efficient. My husband and children had the saw so many underwater animals and were amazed by the coral (I couldn’t attend due to motion sickness). At the desert safari they really enjoyed the fire dancer and the camels but racing through the desert was the highlight.

Organised chaos but fun. - On arrival, we were given no safety brief or instructions. We booked a double quad which it was not. The seat is slightly bigger than the single but too small for 2 grown adults. The ride out to the first camp was ok - very bumpy in parts. So many other quad/buggy groups out at the same time, back and forth, its not until you get out into the desert that you feel "alone". The leader did not know who had booked just the quad ride and who had booked the longer trip with dinner - he did not have us on his list so had to double check twice. The first camp had a couple of camels you can ride (included if you book the full "experience", 5 Euros if not. My partner did it, as she had always wanted to, a quick 5 minute walk - tick. The second Bedouin camp, you are there for a good 90 minutes. Not a lot to do, although we did meet a very nice lady and her cousin who we sat with and chatted to. Food included was very nice. The entertainment was very poor - one man twirling some fire around, then a traditional dance that went wrong because it was too windy. At the end, all the groups leave at the same time, so gets very dusty (its dark by then). The ride back to camp is ok, its not far, and we did have lights. Overall, this type of activity has become too commercialised (i did it 15+ years ago and was much quieter), it does fell like organised chaos, but it is fun once you actually get to ride at speed in the desert.
