Excellent! - We, a senior couple (72 & 69) really enjoyed this tour. We were picked by the tour bus driven by Jonathan at the Hilton and drove to the 3 stops. The roads were typical bumpy, and the leaves were changing colour these were sometimes narrow country roads. Jonathan provided information about our surroundings along the way. The weather was cool, but pleasant. The first stop was a winery operated by Scott if memory serves; it's in a nice settings with rows of vines easy to see and they still had loads of grapes hanging. We sat down in a beautifully decorated serving area and had the loaded charcuterie plate with local cheeses, nuts, sausage slices etc... all while sampling 4 wines which my wife and enjoyed enough to buy 5 bottles. The information provided by Scott about the wines and history was excellent and made for a very enjoyable stop.
The next stop was a Cidrerie (cider making) place and this was a quaint spot with a heavenly apple pie odor awaiting us. Here we were offered 2 cider in frosted little mugs and both were quite good! Then we got a tour of the operation and the history of the family owned business and this too was very informative and colorfully narrated by Greg. Then we got a piece of apple pie with ice cream! Yes it was very good!
Our 3rd stop was another Winery also in a picturesque setting. We walked uphill to the vines and got a really good idea of the operation with Martin providing details. As it was cool, we went back inside and Martin provided a 'lesson' which we all thoroughly enjoyed his teaching experience shining through: we learnt about sugar content in wine, about process differences to make white, red, rosé and range wines. We bought a couple more bottles here too.
It made for a great day, a very enjoyable day which I would highly recommend.

Beautiful food and drink in unique surroundings - It was a great day that went too fast! The three stops were all unique but excellent. Could have spent longer in every location, and the scenery along the way was stunning. Very informative guides and great produce, if we hadn't been flying would have bought a lot more! Will definitely use this tour operator again. Bus was clean, and had great snacks. See you next time!

Fabulous Day !! - What a high energy fun day !! The ride along highway 148 was stunningly beautiful. It's hard to decide what the best part of the day was ~ The wine and the food were delicious. I really enjoyed the history, the stories and the art exhibit as well. I loved the opportunity to take photos and meet fun people. It was a well planned out day and the tour guide was amazing !
My parting thought was... ok when is the next trip?

Great tour! - A fun way to explore the Pontiac area’s wines/ciders! Also the charcuterie plate at Little Red Wagon and apple pie at Coronation Hall Cider Mills were delicious, and the views at Les Collines were beautiful. The winery/cider owners were friendly and informative and our tour guide “Zak Attack” brought lots of laughs throughout the day.

Tasty and delicious! - We highly recommend this activity if you are visiting Ottawa and would like to spend a day close to nature, culture and history. It was a great experience to get in touch with the owners of the wineries / cider and know from first hand how to produce wine and cider.
The food and beverages in this tour are very tasty and delicious. My congratulations for organizing these tours and show people about this great places in Gatineau that need to be promoted. It's important to keep this places that are part of historical sites full of good memories and culture.

Jacob was a wonderful... - Jacob was a wonderful tour guide and the stops were lovely. That first stop at Mont Vezeau was a wonderful spot and I could have stayed there all day long. The owner was interesting and knowledgeable and the property was gorgeous.
The lunch spot at Maloney farm was great. The farmer was charming and the lunch was delicious - and generous.
The Organic winery was a converted Cabane a suc was great, the passionate owners were interesting and wine was very nice.
The final stop was a cidery, which we really enjoyed. They had a variety of ciders and we left with a lot of their honey!
I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting the region who are looking for a lovey day in the Petite Nation.

Gems to discover in the Pontiac. - The 3 stops were fun and interesting. I learned a lot. The individual chacuterie board, wine, apple crumble, cider, and snacks provided were generous. I had read previous comments of the tour indicating to bring a lunch as not enough food was served. Have to mention that I didn't end up eating the lunch I had brought as I was too full. You get your money's worth for sure!
The guides provided intersting information and were very nice.
I have 3 recommendations to help improve the tour for others: 1) a dry run with new personnel and the supervisor would be beneficial. The supervisor telling the new guy what information to share is distracting and must be awkward for the new person. Especially with an audience listening in the van. 2) The last stop was beautiful and the hosts provided interesting wine information and took us on a tour of the vineyard. However, I have to say that their wine was pretty bland compared to the others. Nobody from our tour purchased any bottles of wine which I found unfortunate for the hosts. 3) The new guide needs to improve his pitch regarding tipping. I tipped because I am a nice person but part of me didn't want to because his pitch angered me. His pitch was - if you enjoyed tour please give us a tip to show your appreciation. If you didn't enjoy the tour, leave us a tip anyways so we can improve. Really!!
Other than those 3 points, my sister and I had a great day.
