For A/H (airport to hotel) The driver will meet you at the exit of the arrival hall with a sign displaying your name. The waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. Then the driver will take you to the hotel. The pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address need to be provided. For H/A (hotel to airport) The meeting place is in the hotel lobby. The driver will have a sign with your name. The pick-up time is 3.5 hours in advance for international flights and 2.5 hours in advance for domestic flights. The pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address need to be provided. Please Note: • Tips are not included and are at your discretion. • Unless otherwise stated, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this time, the vehicle will be released. • Porterage is not included. • If your flight is delayed, we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. In the case of connecting flights, please note that we are only able to check the flight details printed on this voucher. • If you are unable to locate our local representative for any reason, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistance before making alternative arrangements. • If your pick-up/drop-off details change, you must amend your booking immediately. • Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium-sized luggage is allowed per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay for a taxi to carry your luggage.

What we require from you is the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off location.
