• Chureito Pagoda - The Chureito Pagoda is at the top of the 398 stone steps from the bottom. You can go up to the Pagoda by car, but it would be a good idea to enjoy the view of Mt.Fuji while going up the stone steps. • Owaku-dani Valley - The result of a volcanic eruption over 3,000 years ago, Owakudani is a volcanic valley with active sulfur vents and hot springs.   About a 10-minute walk from the ropeway station is the main volcanic zone, where you will find steam vents and bubbling pools. The mall features around 300 stores and restaurants, a food court, a 50 meter high Ferris wheel, a hotel and a public hot spring bath.

The stores found at the Premium Outlets are the outlets of internationally known brands of fashion, sports, food, household goods and electronics, and range from everyday items to luxury goods. The prices are not ridiculously cheap, but they are better on average than what you will find at regular retail shops in Japan. Overall it is a nice place for a day of shopping, with a lot of variety and reasonable prices.
