Mt. Fuji day tour - We had a very good experience. Although we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji due to cloud coverage our driver Mr. Adeel did his best to give us an enjoyable time. He was very accommodating and a pleasure to have as our driver. He offered to drop us off at a location other than our hotel at the conclusion of our tour. He made a couple suggestions and we decided on the Skytree. He walked us to the ticket counter and gave us directions on how to find our way back to the hotel by train. We really appreciated his attentiveness.

Great trip - The tour company was very accommodating and we could tailor our stops and itenary as we liked . It was great for our family given that we had a young child and we needed the flexibility to tailor or trip and the driver was very accommodating. Hassan our driver was very pleasant and patient too given the long queues we had to endure . We enjoyed our trip definitely .

Mr Yasir Mr Fugi - Mr Yasir was a great guide. He took us to many of the important sights. We especially enjoyed the 5 th stop to Mt Fuji. It was our favorite. He drove safely and provide water. The day seemed short considering it was a 10 hour experience. He even offed to take us to places we wanted to go that were not a part of the tour. Thank you very much Mr Yasir.

Nice driver for a day trip - Hassen was our driver. He was attentive and accommodating to our itinerary changes. We enjoyed seeing Mt Fuji and the village and the cable car. It is a long day and worth it.

Beautiful tour around Mount Fuji - I had a lot of fun. Hassan showed me some places from where you could take good photos of Fuji. He was also a pleasant companion. My special requests could also be observed. Thank you again.

Mt Fuji day trip was awesome - It was awesome to drive to Mt Fuji with Hassan- our english-speaking guide/driver for the day. The entire trip was awesome with all thr scenic beauty had to offer. Hassan suggested us to start esrly from Shinjuku, Tokyo, to avoid weekday traffic. We had visited shrines, lakes, ropeway, etc and had an amazing day. We could take our best family pictures due to Hassans photography skills.

Wonderful experience in Fuji - We had a very full of experience day in Fuji and hakone lake. Our driver Adeel did everything to satisfy us. Although the trip lasted longer than expected due to traffic he did his best and drove very carefully. Thank you for that

Good Day Overall - I took a one-day private tour to Mt. Fuji, and I am grateful for the smooth and comfortable journey from Tokyo. Our driver Hassan was punctual and good communicating with us via text in advance, which was appreciated. He ensured we arrived on time and safely, and the ride was very pleasant. Along the way, we stopped at several sites that I was happy to see. That said, I was a bit disappointed that the driver didn’t explain which stops were coming next or offer any insight into what we were seeing. Additionally, he didn’t check in with us at the beginning to see if we had any thoughts on customizing the itinerary, as we had seen mentioned in the Viator tour info when we booked. A little more engagement would have made the experience more informative and enjoyable, and I was hoping for more of that but there may have also been a bit of a language barrier. Despite this, it was a good trip overall, and I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a private tour that can pick-up and drop-off at hotel, without the hassle of a large bus tour that can’t be as flexible.

Useful dynamic - We really enjoyed the tour even though Mount Fuji wasn’t visible, we stopped in different locations and our guide Adeel has been very nice with our group.
