Great guide! - Great experience! Our guide was amazing. He gave us so much information about Tokyo. He even showed us how to use the subway. Highly recommend this tour!!

First-time in Japan - It was a great experience of Tokyo for a first-timer in Japan. Nobu was not pushy and went along with what I feel comfortable going to. He was knowledgeable of the city and provided helpful and invaluable information. He was generous with his time, and with his encouragement and showing me how to navigate the public transportation system, I am leaving Japan feeling accomplished as I did the train/subway by myself the following day. Had he not patiently showing me how it was done, I don't think I would have the courage to try and succeed. Thanks, Nobu!

Great first experience in Tokyo!!! - Being a first-timer in Japan—Tokyo, navigating the transportation system could be intimidating. Nobu was patient in showing me how it works was able to do it on my own by the time we ended our tour. He is a great guide who knows the city and able to tell me information on the places we visited. He was not pushy and not pressed on time-he was generous with his time. Thank you, Nobu!

Great Introduction to Tokyo! - We spent our first full day in Tokyo with Toshi and it was a great introduction to the city. It was our first time in Japan and I thought it would be a good idea to start out with a local tour guide to give us a good overview and an intro to using the subways and trains. Toshi was fun to be with, informative, and went above and beyond in helping us with other things, like purchasing Shinkansen tickets and figuring out the luggage transfer service we hoped to use later in our trip. He gave us suggestions for further exploration and tips for restaurants and food. He was also so helpful later in our trip when we found out the Shinkansen was shut down due to an accident; he helped us get information and kept us calm when we were really confused about where to get good updates in English. Highly recommend!

Good half day tour - Amir was a good guide. We had. 4hour tour around Shibuya, the Meiji shrine and surrounding areas. It was a very hit day so Amir paced it to help us cope. A good way to see lots of memorable sites.

Guided with knowledge and care - We met Maruf shortly after arriving in Tokyo and we were tired from our flight. He tailored our walking tour in accord with our interests. He was knowledgeable about Tokyo life, transport and culture and communicated his knowledge with enthusiasm and competence. We travelled by metro and train to see a number of different sites. We had time to stop for refreshments and to review progress. His plan was to show us the key areas that interested us in a thoughtful way.
Because we had such a positive experience on day one we decided on taking a full days guided tour with Maruf to see Mt Fuji, 2 of the 5 lakes, a magnificently Shrine in a forest. Once again Maruf made the day very special. He also took photos of us at these sites and has incense t then to us.
Our time in Japan was enhanced by these tours with Maruf. We thoroughly recommend Maruf’s services

Great introduction to Tokyo - We had a 6-hour tour of Tokyo the day we arrived, partly to try and beat jet-lag and partly to orientate us to travelling around the city. Ack was really helpful and adapted to the places we wanted to visit. he helped us navigate the metro (so easy once you know what to do) and was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this as a way to ease into Tokyo for first time visitors.

Great Experience as an introduction to Tokyo - We had a 6-hour tour with Ack in Tokyo the day that we arrived. He was very friendly and helped us navigate the city. We packed a lot into the 6-hours seeing temples, Shibuya Crossing, visiting a Hedgehog cafe and much more. It was wonderful to have a local show us around and we would recommend this experience.

Ruined day because of Viator - The company sent me a text 15 minutes before the tour to cancel because of Covid! No indication in the text of a replacement or of any assistant! It was only after I complain, vigorously, did the company give me any attempt at assistance! I’m am extremely disappointed and would not recommend
or using Viator again!
