Get to know Shibuya - Luc was very informed about the area and very personable. He went through the history of the Shibuya, recent changes, and how it fits into Japanese culture. It was a great way to get to know Shibuya!

A walk with a friend - I've done this trip alone and it has been nice. The guide, Paula, waited for me on time at the meeting point and then she showed me all the most interesting places of Shibuya, focusing on the most interesting statues, corners and buildings and describing what people does at Shibuya and how's the night in Shibuya for the inhabitants of Tokyo. I learnt a lot and staying with Paula was like having a walk with a friend.

Enthusiastic, but lacked the depth - The lady was keen to make an impression, she is European, her English was very good However, the information, the route and the details were average. She has come into Japan (Tokyo) in Jan, perhaps her info is still rudimentary I am sure with her interest in Japanese culture, it will be good in a few weeks from now
