Tour of Reminiscence through Shimla - It was an amazing experience. Mr. Pawan Sharma showed all colonial structures and buildings, and enlightened us with his exquisitely elaborate information on them touching all turns of the history of the town. We started at the Old Presidential House, and trailed all the way touching the AIR, the Assambly House, the Viceroy's Office, the Public Library, the Town Hall, the Gorton Castle and others upto the Cathedral. We are elated.

Must experience when in Shimla! - A must experience in Shimla! This heritage walk tour gives you a glimpse of the history and culture of the erstwhile summer capital of India. Shivam, the local guide took me through the bylanes of old school Shimla narrating beautiful stories and anecdotes of the charming city and its lovely monuments. Would recommend not just foreigners but Indians as well to take this Heritage walk tour when you're in Shimla!

Great private tour experience - I booked the Shimla colonial trails walking tour with Pawan. This was a great way to learn some of the history of Shimla. I had already walked through some of the areas on the route, but it was nice to know what the different buildings were used for and the significance of places that to me otherwise just looked like old buildings. Pawan was very friendly and learning about how he began this journey was very interesting. The tour took just under 2 hours, but Pawan explained that the 3 hour listing is to accommodate for different walking speeds. I still learned a lot and felt that I saw what needed to be seen. Additionally, Pawan was kind enough to let me stop for a quick breakfast (based on his recommendation) as well as provide recommendations for shopping and food in the area. He was also very responsive when I wanted recommendations for other locations I was travelling too. I would recommend this tour group to others!

Must do for history buff tourist - It was a great to know about Shimla the erstwhile Summer capital of British Empire to the current day capital of Himachal Pradesh. With Pawan, we enjoyed understanding the architecture and history of heritage buildings and local culture. Visit to Kali- Bari and the Jakhu temples helped us understand existence of this town before the colonial era!
