“Kochia Carnival” is held every year from late September to mid-October! Surrounded by the ocean and the blue sky, there are more than 32,000 fluffy cute Kochia awaits! At the foot of the Miharashi hill, there are also red, white & pink cosmos (from early October to mid-October), Zinnia (from late July to late September) and many other variety of flowers blooming in different seasons.

• The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants (20) is not reached.
• Please be on time for the morning meeting time. The meeting time is 7:15 a.m. and there will be no refunds for those who do not arrive on time (this includes possible delays of trains, subways, taxis, etc. that you will use to get to the meeting point). Failure to arrive at the tour departure time will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded. Delays in transportation to the meeting point will not be considered an exception.

• Children under the age of 6 are admitted free of charge, but there are no seats available for them on the bus. The maximum number of infants allowed free is one per adult.
• Those who have difficulty walking alone may not be allowed to participate.
• If the arrival time to Tokyo is delayed due to traffic or other reasons, we will not be responsible for taxi fares, overnight accommodations, or other expenses.
