• Chichibu - Explore Bamba Street, the Chichibu Shrine, and a local sake brewery shop in the quaint downtown area of Chichibu! You’ll have the opportunity to taste local dishes at the various restaurants near the train station. From Chichibu’s famous miso pork rice bowl to soba noodles and more, the town offers a delightful array of regional cuisine! (Food expenses are not included)
• Arakawa River - Take a leisurely and occasionally thrilling River Cruise through the cobblestone streets along the Arakawa River in Nagatoro, a site recognized as a special natural heritage by the Japanese government.

• Due to traffic conditions and timing, some of our stops may be skipped altogether. However, we will try to stay on the scheduled itinerary as much as possible. As a general rule, we do not offer partial refunds in these cases.
• The road to Mitsumine Shrine, which is 1000 meters above sea level, has many curves, so if you usually suffer from car sickness, please bring your medicine.
• Please note that no refunds will be given for weather-related complaints or changes in the tour schedule made by the tour guide or any of our staff.
• The river cruise on the Arakawa River is generally gentle, but occasionally you may get partially wet, so we recommend bringing a waterproof jacket.
• You will be asked to wear a safety vest on board the boat. If you refuse to do so, you will be asked not to participate in the cruise and your ticket will not be refunded.
• Children under 60 cm (1.7 ft) in height are not allowed on board.
• If the minimum number of participants (20) is not reached, the tour will not take place and you will be offered another activity or a full refund.
• Children under the age of 4 travel free, but do not receive a seat on the bus. If a seat is required, please book at the adult rate.
• Please arrive at the meeting spot in time.
• As required by Japanese law, please wear a seat belt on the bus.
• Please note that the arrival location of the tour cannot be changed.
• Please wear comfortable shoes and very warm clothes, as it may be cold in the mountains.

• No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn’t show up at the meeting spot on time, unless the tour is cancelled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters.
