You’ll receive a fundamental sake guide to refer to at your leisure!

Great times here! - Aki is great and so was the Sake! We learned and drank a lot and enjoyed his company. Hes very funny and welcoming and speaks great english. Highly recommend!

Almost too much fun! - Our host, Aki- the well regarded Saki sommelier in Tokyo, was the most well informed and gracious host. The education equaled the fun! I most highly recommend this experience if you wish to get knowledge of saki and taste the differences.

Sake tasting and informational fun with family - Aki explained in great detail the whole world of sake, so if you are looking for an intro college level class about sake, this is your spot! Sake tasted great and was a cool atmosphere. Aki is super passionate and explains everything in great detail, and answers all your questions!

Life changing sake experience! - This was so fun and I learned a lot about sake! Aki was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. He was able to make conversation while easily explaining the sake process and types. He introduced us to sparkling sake, pasteurized, unpasteurized, and much more! Overall, I would highly recommend booking when you start your trip (if you’re over the jet lag) so you can know what to order in restaurants or buy in store. The experience is in the heart of Shinjuku, so you can shop before or afterwards! Highly recommend this experience!

Unforgettable sake tasting experience - We’ve had a fantastic time with Aki our guide who is a sommelier and well travelled guide. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about sake and other spirits, answering all our questions and gave us tips about Japan and where to go and what to avoid. The tasting experience itself was fantastic, we appreciated every sip. We were also given a small leaflet about the process of making sake and its different types. Aki’s well rounded knowledge and funny personality made the whole experience unforgettable and I recommend this to all sake lovers!

Lots of Sake Options - Didn’t realize it was going to be a private tasting at a small sake bar. Learned a lot about sake. Our guide Aki was fun and very informative. Kept good communication and made sure to find us in a very busy meeting spot. The sake options were great, definitely try if you like sake and want to learn more.

Excelent experience for first timers! - Since we met on the meeting point, the guide, Akira, was extremely fun and entertaining. He made us feel comfortable right away so we felt much relaxed during the tasting. Regarding the tasting experience, first of all Akira gives you all the explanation about sake followed by the degustation. We tried a lot of varieties of sake (hot, sweet, sparkling, dry) and all of them were extremely good. Akira made all the experience super entertaining and interesting. Definitely would recommend it to people who wants to try sake for the first time.
