Eye opening! - Very interesting tour, we walked through areas that I had already explored on my own, but it was infinitely more interesting with a knowledgeable guide explaining the who, what, where, when and why

Learnt a lot about Shinjuku, great tour - Joined the tour led by Sarah. It was a great tour, Sarah told us a lot about Shinjuku, history, and interesting facts. The tour covered a number of key spots in Shinjuku. I have a much better understanding about the culture and the place then I would have.

A great (dark) time with Gray! - Gray was such an engaging and knowledgeable guide! We learned about not only these great neighborhoods, but she entertained us with so many stories that gave a personal touch to things, AND answered all my stupid questions. A really fun experience that I wouldn’t hesitate to do again, but not after a long day of walking around the city beforehand (unforced error on our part).

Perfect first contact with the bustling nightlife in tokyo - It was fun and informative. Dani was a great guide and gave some very good recommendations on restaurants and bars.

Fun and Interesting - The tour was very informative and thoroughly enjoyable. Our guide, Hiroshi, explained everything very well in a funny and engaging manner. Go for the walking tour! You will learn facts about Tokyo which you never would ordinarily learn about Shinjuku, Kabukicho, and Tokyo in general. Highly recommend Tokyo Localized!

They cancelled on us and gave no refund. - They cancelled our tour last minute with no refund.
I reached out to support and they stated "there's nothing they can do".

Disappointing - It was a busy noisy area. The guide didn’t have a microphone or a flag. We got lost and left the tour. Hopefully it will be taken into account for future tours.
