Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (8699ft) Walking Distance - 8 km
Flights to Lukla - Take a commercial flight (Tara, Summit, or Sita Air) to Lukla and begin your trek to Phakding. After a short flight to the renowned Lukla airport, we start our first day of trekking, which takes about 3.5 hours to reach Phakding.

Flights to Lukla - Take a commercial flight (Tara, Summit, or Sita Air) to Lukla and begin your trek to Phakding. After a short flight to the renowned Lukla airport, we start our first day of trekking, which takes about 3.5 hours to reach Phakding.
Phakding to Namche Bazaar (11283ft) Walking Distance - 10 to 12 km, Duration: 6 hours
Namche Bazaar - After breakfast in Phakding, we start our trek to Namche Bazaar (3440 m). The trail follows the right bank of the Dudh Koshi River, with Thamserku towering majestically on the opposite bank. We then reach Bengar. The trail climbs from the riverbed on the left bank into the mountain, passing through a forest to Chumoa. We continue along the trail with many ups and downs, cross a stream, and pass by the small village of Monjo. We then arrive at the Sagarmatha National Park Service, where a park entrance fee is required. We take a short walk along the riverbed of this V-shaped valley, where the river forks: Dudh Koshi to the right and Bhote Koshi to the left. We then begin a steep ascent to Namche Bazaar. Along the way, we enjoy excellent views of Everest (8848m) and Lhotse (8516m). Surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges, Namche Bazaar (3440m) is a central hub for food, trekking gear, and other essential goods.
Namche to Tengboche (12660ft) Walking Distance - 10 to 11 km, Duration: 5 hours
Tyangboche - After breakfast in Namche Bazaar, we head towards Tyangboche (3867 m). The trail continues, leaving a steep cliff that drops down to the Dudh Kosi. In this section, we enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Ama Dablam (6812m), Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse (7855m), and Tawoche (6501m). We visit Trashinga, Phunki Tenga, and finally reach Tyangboche. Tyangboche offers stunning views of sunrise and sunset over Everest and Ama Dablam.
Tengboche to Dingboche (14464ft) Walking Distance - 11 to 12 km, Duration: 5 hours
Dingboche - We trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche (4260 m). Leaving Tyangboche behind, we descend through a rhododendron forest and enter Deboche. After crossing a suspension bridge at Imja Khola, we head towards Minlinggo and enter the Imjatse Valley beneath the mighty peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and Lhotse. We finally arrive at Dingboche.
Dingboche to Lobuche (16105ft) Walking Distance - 11 to 12 km, Duration: 5 hours
Lobuche - We head towards Lobuche from Dingboche, a journey that takes about five and a half hours of normal walking. The trail is gentle up to Pheriche village. Along the way, we enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Tawache, Ama Dablam, Pokalde (5741m), Kongma-tse (5820m), and the great wall of Nuptse. We have lunch at Dugla (4595m) and then trek to Lobuche. Overnight at a tea house lodge.
Lobuche to Gorakshep (16990ft) - Everest Base Camp (5364m/17594ft) and back to Gorakshep, 14 to 15 km, Duration- 8 hours
Gorakshep - After breakfast in Lobuche, we trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep (5140m). This is the most rewarding section of the trek. Our trail winds through a rocky path and the Khumbu glacier. The views of Nuptse, Lho-La, and Khumbutse appear very close. We visit Everest Base Camp and then return to Gorakshep. Overnight at a tea house lodge.
Gorakshep - Kala Patthar (11283ft) then trek back to Pheriche (4210m/13810ft) - 13 to 14 km, Duration - 7 hours
Pheriche - We trek from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m) and then to Pheriche (4243m). Early in the morning, we prepare to climb Kala Patthar (5545m) and enjoy the sunrise view. From Kala Patthar, we can see Mt. Everest, Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Thamserku, and many more. The Himalayan Rescue Association Aid Post is available in Pheriche, with foreign volunteer doctors providing medical treatment. Overnight at a tea house lodge.
Pheriche to Namche (11283) Walking Distance - 14 to 15 km, Duration- 7 hours
Namche Bazaar - We trek from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3440 m), a journey that takes about four and a half hours. Along the way, we visit traditional villages like Khumjung and Khunde. We also visit a monastery that has a Yeti Scalp. We finally arrive at Namche Bazaar in the late afternoon. Overnight at a tea house lodge.
Namche to Lukla (9184ft) Walking Distance - 18 to 19 km, Duration - 7 hours
Lukla - After breakfast at the teahouse in Namche Bazaar, we trek to Lukla. This is the last day of our trek. Lunch will be served along the way. Upon arrival in Lukla, we refresh and rest. Overnight at a tea house lodge.
Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu.
Kathmandu - We board an early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at TIA, our representatives will receive us and transfer us to the hotel. In the evening, a farewell dinner will be served at Bhojan Griha, a typical Nepali restaurant.
