- Tha Phae Gate - On the way towards the old city’s eastern gate we’ll bike through many of the city’s quaint lanes. Tha Phae gate was once the entrance through which traders brought their wares into the city. At this beautifully restored gate learn about Chiang Mai’s history as a trading hub.
- Somphet Market - From Tha Phae Gate bike to a nearby Somphet Market. Wander through the market learning a bit about Chiang Mai food and taste a few fruits and sweets while you are at it.
- Wat Chiang Man - The next stop on the bike tour is Wat Chiang Man, Chiang Mai’s oldest temple, built in the auspicious Northeast corner of the old city. This is where the ancient Marble and Crystal Buddha images are enshrined.
- Wat Chedi Luang Varavihara - Next on the bike tour is Chiang Mai’s grandest monument. Wat Chedi Luang was built to house the ashes of a king and was once the home of the Emerald Buddha (now resident at Wat Phra Kaew in Bangkok). It is now the home of the City Pillar and 3 auspicious dipterocarp trees which provide protection to the city.

Great trip easy riding at a pace to suit all - Great trip! The guide was very pleasant had excellent knowledge of the area and its history.
The bikes had been well maintained and came with a helmet and large bottle of water
Using the back streets to get around avoided most of the traffic and gave a good insight into the area.
Guide spoke perfect English and we went to a number of temples with time to take pictures and look around

Loved It!!! - The biks tour was a fun way to get around town and visit key places. Our guide James (007) spoke clear English and was very knowledgeable in Thai history. Learning and understanding what you are looking at makes the visuals even better. The bikes were in great condition.

Great, just great - Absolutely would recommend! It was my first bike tour ever in a new city and I have to say, I learnt so much and got to see so many of the more local and hidden gems of Chiang Mai. Needless to say, it served for some much needed exercise after a week of eating the delicious Thai food! The guides are fluent in English and the group is small enough that we weren't slow. We also did not at any point feel pressured by time. It was a relaxed tour where, to reiterate, I learnt a lot about local customs, ideology, history, and more.

Getting to know the Old City - There were 5 of us in our group and we had a wonderful morning riding around the old city. We stopped at a pop up market for the upcoming flower festival and tried all sorts of foods. The temples were nice and quiet- different from the larger ones we visited in Bangkok, so that was nice. Our tour guide, Farm, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We loved going through the back alleys and then ended at a cafe for some final beverages. I highly recommend this tour.

Great tour experience - I had an amazing time cycling around with our guide. He was very professional and let us discover the beauty of the Old City of Chiang Mai, including local temples and markets. The guide spoke good English and that allowed us to ask questions and get to know a lot about the city.
Finally, the group was quite small, which was good and made it safer to cycle around.

Great way to see the back streets and sights of Chiangmai - Bom was a great guide. Very informative with his knowledge of Chiangmai. Easy flat bike ride with lots of photo opportunities. We highly recommend this tour

Amazing trip! Biked... - Amazing trip! Biked through the back alleys and areas of Chiang Mai only a local would know. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and safely brought us through the city. Lots of delicious snacks throughout too!

Excellent bike tour of old city! - Great bike tour, we did the half day and it went from 9a-2p since none of us on the tour had plans immediately after. Our Guide (Thew) spoke excellent English and shared both personal stories and local history. He also took great pics for us! We biked about 10 miles, almost entirely flat / non strenuous, and I was amazed at how well local cars / tuk tuks / motorcycles yielded to our group of bikes. The company provides waters, helmets, bikes, and our group got smoothies in the middle of the tour. Really great way to see the old city!!

Very good bike ride Chiang May. - Nice bike ride around old town of Chiang May. Owner/guide Kitty was very informative on all kind of topics. Do this ride on the first day of your visit and you will know the city for the rest of your stay.

Unreliable. Find another tour group. - Terrible. Find another tour group. This company is not reliable and was a disappointing NO SHOW for our last morning in Chiang Mai. We had changed the date of our bike tour through Trip Advisor but apparently this local bike tour company never processed the date change. The tour company representative was very polite and apologetic and assured me of a full refund, but our last precious morning of vacation was lost to us. I had messaged the company directly a few days earlier asking what sights would be included on the tour - with no response from them. This should have been a Red Flag to me that there is no administrative back up . They likely have good guides … but clearly confusion and inept back office operations didn't communicate customer logistics.
