Additional Information
Join a small-group day expedition (fully inclusive) to the region of Chiang Rai, where you will explore numerous sights, from the contemporary design of the White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) to the historic remnants of the city of Chiang Saen (Wat Chedi Luang). Take a scenic ride on a long-tail boat along the Mekong River and marvel at the vantage point of the Golden Triangle. A Thai Set Lunch is also provided, as is two-way hotel conveyance from Chiang Mai.
- Infant rates (children under 2 years) apply provided they do not occupy a seat
- Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
- The duration of hotel pickups is approximately 30 minutes; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- The trip duration can reach maximum of 14 hours depending on the traffic along the way and the road conditions

Excellent tour. Highly recommended. - Tui is an excellent tour guide. He explained the details of both temples very well. The lunch that he ordered for the group was excellent, even our German friends enjoyed them. The boat cruise in the golden triangle was nice indeed. The complimentary coffee at an open air cafe gave it a finishing touch.

An absolute Must Do - Our guide Minty was extremely professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She picked us up from the airport and dropped us off after the tour, as we were only in Chiang Mai for the tour. She came prepared with snacks and provided us great information on the locals, history, and customs. We really enjoyed our time and highly recommend this tour to others.

A well organised trip, with some great stops - Mr Tui was our guide for the day and looked after us very well. He was a very knowledgeable man and eager to please us. His English was also very easy to understand.
The trip itself was great. It’s a long day but the minivan was exceptionally comfortable- much more so than any other trips we’ve done in Thailand. Despite the length, the stops were well planned. The white temple was a highlight of course but we also enjoyed the boat trip and the opium museum too. The set lunch was the best we’ve had in Thailand.

Perfect day - Great tour company highly recommend it.
Small groups, very clean van, good driver who looked after us regarding cold water cool towels, opening doors etc.
It started earlier than the other tour companies so we had the stops all to our selves.
Tour guide is a hoot.
The day was totally packed.
Lunch was amazing.
The Mekong boat ride was very informative and I did not dream we would go to the border.
The old city way we visited was very traditional.
There are not enough hours in the day or we could have had more time at the white temple.
You get what you pay for.

Amazing Tour 😀 - We enjoyed every minute from start to finish. We saw some of the great views of Chiang Rai including: the Hot Spring, White Temple and the Golden Triangle. Unlike other tours, we didn’t feel rushed while visiting the places. We had enough time and took as many pictures as we wanted! I would like to thank the Tour Guide who treated us with respect and kindness! They offered us free lunch, plenty of water, and smoothies. Nat our tour guide offered me free cake because my friend did not want to eat at the time haha. I absolutely recommend this tour!!!!

Long day but good pacing and interesting sites - White temple was the best. There was a lot of driving but the driver was fast and it didn’t feel especially unsafe. I would’ve liked to spend a little more time at the white temple only because it was so interesting. The restaurant and coffee stop had good food and drinks. The hot springs could’ve been skipped. My only complaint is I couldn’t book a single person for the small group tour (only a private tour). I ended up purchasing two adult tickets because it was cheaper than the private tour and still in a small group.

A long trip but full of experiences - A long tour but worth it. Our guide Poongkie has a very nice vibe, she was always very kind, explained everything to us very well and made the day very enjoyable. Our driver Lithai, very good, the van clean.
It is a small group tour, there were 6 of us, which allowed us to always listen to the guide and enjoy the trip without any hassle. The food was good and the visiting points were varied and enjoyable.
I would definitely book them again on my next trip :)

Great tour with a great guide - The tour with our guide Ekky was absolutely great! We had an interesting and fun time with him and it never got boring. The long journey time in the comfortable bus was also very pleasant.
