Strongly recommended! - We live in Thailand, but this tour introduced us to loads of dishes and restaurants we didn't know about. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves food!

Best ever food tour - Exceptional food tour. I did the lunchtime one. I have done many in many countries. This was number 1 by far. Moui our guide had exceptional food, cultural and historical knowledge. The food stops were all winners, Chaing Mai’s and Thailands greatest hits. If you are doing a food tour this is the one and if you get Moui you have won the food tour lottery.

Highly recommend - best tour guide! - We had such a wonderful time with our guide Khun Moui, she was so passionate and a wealth of knowledge not only about food but also Thai history.
It was only the 2 of us and she took fantastic care of us during the tour.
All the stops were very different and we were able to actually meet some of the restaurant owners, who were so appreciative of the support Moui and her team brings to these hidden gems.
Definitely a MUST DO while in Chiang Mai!
This is a lot of food so skip breakfast that morning :-)

Best ever - We stopped at 5 places and probably tasted 22 things. All very good with excellent explanations of Thai food and culture. Bonus for me was last stop to buy authentic products to take home to cook.

Highly Recommend! You will get your money worth. - Kung was fantastic tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and excited about the food and culture. She also gave us space to just enjoy the food, which was a great balance. The tour and amount of food provided is a lot. You will be full! You may be over full. By time we got to market we were all stuffed, but Kung lead us on getting many many market treats including insects for which no one was going to try, but that’s okay. The restaurants we went to were great quality and felt local. Would recommend.

Exactly what I wanted - The Chang Mai food tour was exactly what I wanted, thanks to our guide Aim. We went to a number of best-in-town restaurants and to the market, and tried and tasted food until I could not eat anymore. I think Thai food is amazing but I don't even know how to order. I've always wanted someone to just show the way. Aim did! We tried curry soups from an almost 100 year old Michelin star restaurant, water buffalo & sour pork from another well-established place, bbq crispy chicken and pork from a famous bbq joint, vegetable entrees from a vegan restaurant, and a dessert (to name a few). All of these things I never would have tried on my own. Aim showed us around the market, naming everything we saw and picking a choice selection of desserts and treats, which we decided to take home and enjoy later. I definitely found some new things I like and I feel braver and more educated about Thai food.

An interesting taste of Thailand - We went to four restaurants and tasted a variety of delicious northern Thai food. Our guide was excellent. She gave us detailed explanations of the restaurants and food that we ate there. She also had samples of the spices used in some of the dishes. We really enjoyed the food and the tour.
The last stop was at a local market where the guide spent too much time showing us around the market. We saw way too much raw meat and animal parts which was starting to make us a bit nauseous.
We highly recommend the tour but think the market portion should be much smaller and primarily spent in the fruit and vegetable sections.

DO THIS TOUR!! - Noi was our tour guide and she was amazing - so full of culinary, historic, and cultural information that someone should give her her own TV show. She is so passionate about her job, her heritage, and Thai food that she made the tour exceed our expectations. The food served at each stop is varied and absolutely delicious; there wasn't a tourist in sight anywhere the tour went. We finished the day with a wonderful tour of the wet/dry market, complete with a "picnic" of the fruits, desserts and snacks Noi bought at the market. I can't recommend this tour enough. It's Fantastic! And a word of caution: DON"T eat breakfast if you do the 10am tour. We didn't have breakfast that day and were so full by the end of the tour that we didn't eat until breakfast the next morning.
