  • There is no age limit for drinking coffee, but we do accept people over 18 for our coffee-related workshops.

Great coffee tasting - I wouldn’t normally consider myself a huge coffee fan, but this coffee tasting experience was fantastic! It really gave me a new appreciation for the variety and flavours. Big thanks to everyone involved in organizing this event—had such a great time! :)

If you like wine tastings! - If you like wine tastings, you will definitely like this one. The coffees presented were great, and some were really outstanding. The cupping process (a professional way to taste coffee) is such a meditative ritual. I enjoyed it, and I recommend it! 5 stars :slightly_smiling_face:

Tasking Kava like if it were Slovenian Wine - This one is definitely for people who like wine tastings. The coffees presented were great, and some were really top-notch. The cupping process (a professional way to taste coffee) is such a Zen-like ritual. I enjoyed it, and I highly recommend it!

For coffee lovers - Honestly, I was a bit off my plate when everybody started slurping coffee, but overall, it was an exciting event. I was already acquainted with specialty coffee, but the taste was pleasant. Now, I might practice it at home. I was particularly interested in discovering the roasting style popular for Specialty coffee in Slovenia.

Loved the experience – so many flavors - When I see a wine-tasting in a wine-producing country I always go for it. But coffee-tasting? Well let me tell you all about it! You enter a cafe and immediately you see that these guys roast the coffee right there! Then you are greeted by the very friendly barista and smiling coffee-guide, who invites you and others to the 'cupping room’, which is the name for a tasting room in the coffee world. The “cupping” is their name for the specific procedure of steeping, tasting and evaluating coffee. Our Guide gave us a quick yet extensive “how-to”, a small lecture on coffee basics and we went straight to the tasting.  And that part was absolutely the best. Lots of different origins, processings and therefore flavors. Some of these coffees were, for the lack of better word, wacky. Fermenty, sweet, fruity. After the tasting we had a session of Q&A. That was the second best part. Got some things about coffee sorted out but I do feel like diving even deeper in this coffee world.
