Parents with 2 year old child - It was a successful day trip Kadir, our tour guide, guided us well through the day. We were picked up at 5 a.m. on time and then driven by car for about an hour to Antalya. There we changed to the bus and went from there to breakfast and then to the salt lake. After about a 3-hour drive we were in Pamukale, which we really liked. Then we had lunch at about 3:30 a.m. and then went back to the hotel.

Great day out to Pamukkale - Had frequent useful breaks and one of them was at the lake which was brilliant. Tour guide Kadir was explaining all the trip in advance. Useful day trip!

Good trip - Kadir (tour guide) was excellent and aided in a variety of different situations. For example, when in need of photos from paragliding, he provided the sellers contact and got our photos. Overall he was a good guide and provided a trip to remember.

Nice excursion - I would like to begin by saying that I am generally satisfied with the excursion. However, I have feedback. Start time: 04:00(03:40 really) 1. The tour starts with a transfer from a convenient location near your hotel or the hotel if it is among the places to choose from. The mini bus was very full and I sat in the front with another person. Very tight space. 2. We arrive at the big buses (thankfully) where there was plenty of room for everyone. 3. At 6:30 (I don't remember the exact time) it's time for breakfast and the included was really quite ok, taste-wise. Since I don’t eat bread I eat a lot of eggs and vegetables. 4. Pee break in another store where there were lots of local things to buy. 5. Stone shop, totally random stop. Would rather have been inside Pamukkale, and after lunch gone there and maybe been more eager to buy something. 6. Pamukkale about 2.5 hours. Bring plenty of sunscreen and/or an umbrella. It gets too hot between 12-13. There are many people at the bath and down to the thermopool it is well slippery, be careful. The museum was quite ok and the theater was very beautiful. In retrospect, it would have been very nice to swim in the cleopatra pool. Cost of admission: 30 euros correspond to 1200 TL and for Kelopatra pool 10 euros correspond to 400 TL then includes a safe (this would have been nice when swimming in the thermal pools). 7. Lunch, okay. Fun with great variety. 8. Now it would have been nice to check rocks but now we went for 3 hours, including a pee break. 9. Transfer that took much longer due to traffic. This time there was more room 🥰 End time: about 20:00. Overall, it is a long excursion with a lot of transport. Bring a book and good music in the headphones. Thanks for our nice Guide 💓

Good but very misleading - This trip was average. It’s very misleading we were charged 950 liras for entry eventhough it says everything’s included. We were overcharged for the swimming in the hot springs. They charged 250 liras but upon entry it says 200 liras. The breakfast we had to pay for and NO dinner was included.

Not as advertised. Bait and switch itinerary. - The tour operator Payless Turizm. breakfast was was not included as advertised. We had to pay additional for this. Did not visit the sala lake at all instead a winery was added to the tour at 9am and an Onyx jewellery store was added at 4:30 - this in total added 2-3 hours to the trip and we did. It get back to our hotel until 20:30, after a 3:30 am pick up. While fairly friendly and social, our tour guides final words were telling us he had a customer from the day before filed a complaint of a sexual nature in so he may not have a job tomorrow. Incredibly unprofessional and awkward. Driver of the mini is taking us to back to the hotel at the end of the day was video calling while driving shuttle back to our hotel. Unprofessional and dangerous. I would not recommend this tour as it’s misrepresented and a clear bait and switch tactic. Pamukkale however, the tour was useful and we enjoyed exploring and found the 3 hours a reasonable time to explore.

There has been no excursion - The tour was never done because after waiting 35 minutes at the entrance of the hotel at 3.40am no one showed up, and when trying to inform us through the number we had been given contact we were told after a long time that the tour was cancelled due to having had problems with the car. Lousy management
