Siem Reap Angkor Tours

Angkor Wat - Start your day with a sunrise visit to Angkor Wat, the renowned temple and UNESCO World Heritage site. Constructed in the early 12th century by King Surayavarman II, it is dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu. After exploring the magnificent Angkor Wat for three hours with your expert tour guide, you can take a break.

Angkor Thom South Gate - Continue your journey to the South Gate of Angkor Thom, the ancient city of the Khmer Empire, built in the late 12th and early 13th centuries by King Jayavarman VII. Visit Bayon, where each of the 54 towers features four enormous smiling faces. Next, see Baphuon, located west of the Dei Chhnang Gate’s road near Bayon, built in the 11th century by King Udayadityavarman II and dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. Proceed to the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Takeo, Thommanon, and Chau Say Tevoda, temples from the 10th, 11th, and 12th centuries dedicated to Hindu gods.

Ta Prohm Temple - Next, visit Ta Prohm, a beautiful temple designed by King Jayavarman VII in the mid-12th to early 13th century, dedicated to his mother. Surrounded by jungle and Kapok trees with sprawling roots, it offers a unique sight. Then, head to Banteay Kdei, established by King Jayavarman VII at the end of the 12th century and the beginning of the 13th century for Buddhism. Its art and architecture resemble Bayon and Ta Prohm but are smaller and less complex. Afterward, visit Srah Srang, a large pond with a grand landing terrace, also built by King Jayavarman VII in the late 12th century. On your way back, you can briefly stop at the small temple of Kravan.

Beng Mealea Temple and Siem Reap Floating Village Tours
