good but expensive pasta making class - Good pasta making class in an apartment in the centre of town. Enza spoke very good English. I had one to one tuition as no one else had booked on the class, it was good in one way as I had all the attention, but it might have been more fun if there'd been a couple of other people. I made ravioli, pici pasta and gnocchi and a couple of sauces. I will definitely use what I learned to make my own fresh pasta at home now. I thought it was quite expensive for what it was though, I've had other cooking and foodie experiences in France and Italy while travelling that were better value for money I felt.
