- Siena - Our expert driver will pick you up at your location (hotel, B&B or private apartment) and take you on a drive through the sweet hills of Tuscany. The first stop is scheduled in Siena for a self guide tour. Siena is a historic city on the region of Tuscany and is the capital of the province of Siena. This city is well known for its gorgeous architecture and beautiful main square – the Piazza del Campo. Furthermore Siena has a historic city centre that has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Additionally, Siena is also known for its legendary Palio horse race that takes place twice a year and draws hundreds of spectators. - Chianti Road - Afterwards, we will travel one of the most beautiful wine roads in Tuscany, we will drive through the rolling hills of Siena, among olive groves, cypress trees and vineyards to the farm’s cellar family run, where we will taste a delicious Tuscan lunch accompanied by six 6 Tuscan wines: Chianti, Chianti Riserva and Super Tuscan 3 Courses Lunch with Bruschettas, homemade pasta and more… - Monteriggioni - After lunch we will move to Monteriggioni Castle. The castle was founded by the Sienese, between 1213 and 1219 as an outpost against the Florentines, in antiquity Monteriggioni was famed as an impregnable fortress. - Fattoria Lornano - Later we will make one last stop at a Chianti winery or a Lornano winery or a Guidi winery or a Poggio ai Laghi winery. A typical Tuscan winery, where wine has been produced for a long time. Here we will have a second delicious wine tasting with the king of wines: the “Gallo Nero” wine or Chianti Classico. At the end of the tasting we will return to your hotel or private apartment.
