The perfect beginners cooking class - This was the BEST experience I could have ever asked for! From start to finish we felt like they truly cared about teaching us and helping us understand each recipe in depth. They even gave us some tips on things we could do at home to make the process easier! The food was absolutely delicious and I really feel like I can make it on my own now! 1000/10 recommend if you are in the area.

A lovely thing to do in Siena - We enjoyed this class very much. We learned quite a bit, had fun and then sat down to a delicious four course dinner. The other participants were good company and Francisco was very good at showing us the "how" plus explaining the "why".

Delicious taste of Siena - Well organized, friendly class. We created a delicious dinner, with step by step instructions in Italian and English. We learned how to make soup, home made pasta with sauce and cook a pork roast, using simple ingredients. Then we all sat together and ate our dinner. I would highly recommend this class to anyone

Fun in the kitchen with Lella! - My husband and I took this cooking lesson with Lella and Chef Francesco while we were in Siena. It was such a great experience! The lesson was very organized and thoughtfully put together. And everything was explained plainly in both English and Italian. We were so excited to learn how to make pici pasta but our favorite dish was the La Pappa col Pomodoro soup that we made! The group we were participating with added to the fun! People were given opportunities to assist in the preparation of the various dishes we were making. And the meal and wine at the end were amazing! We would do this again in a heartbeat!!! Highly recommend!

Really fun and I can replicate at home - This was a very fun class. We learned how to make a Zuppa (tomato bread soup), local type pasta, a pork roast and dessert. The pasta making was fun. Everything was explained well and it could all be duplicated at home. Eating it was fun too. Our particular class was all Americans. The chef taught in Italian and a gal translated to English. It made the event “more Italian”. I would highly recommend it.

Fun for everyone! - The class was very interesting and informative for both the novice and experienced cook. We learned to make homemade pasta and a proper Italian meal with primi and secondaro courses. All delicious. Translation was very easy to follow. I would definitely take a class from this school again.

A must do if in the Siena area - Wonderful experience and food! Everyone was able to participate in creating a delicious meal with the guidance of our helpful instructors. They answered questions that will make it easy for the home cook to prepare the foods at home. Yes you do get all the recipes to take home.
