The lessons will be held by Lella, the owner of the cooking school, that has always been a passionate researcher into old texts on cookery, and her lessons combine a mixture of both ancient and family recipes, coupled with only the healthiest and most authentic local ingredients.

The menu is not always the same, but every time we prepare 5-6 recipes, find an example below.

Of course we can choose between various starters, soups, fresh pastas with related condiments, ravioli, gnocchi and pici. For example, there can be a main course of meat or fish with side dishes made with fresh vegetables in season. Desserts can be typical from Tuscany, or typical of other Italian regions.

At the end of each lesson, the meal is served with the food prepared during the lesson and is accompanied by rac14 of excellent Chianti wine per person.

Lovely Siena experience - We had a lovely group of 10 people, who all got to 'help' with the food preparation. The tuition was excellent and more than easily followed by both an interpreter and pretty good English from the Chef. We all got to enjoy making pasta and attempting to roll it into thin strands and not thick straws. The resulting meal was delicious and well worth the wait and effort. I like to think we learnt something but we definitely had a great time and loved the result.

Great class that inspired my kids to cook! - It was fun cooking and learning the history of the dishes our family made together. The best part was the kids wanted to help out in front of the class. That never happens at home!!! The final meal was nice and enjoying with other classmates made for an intimate experience.

So much fun!!! - This cooking class was the highlight of our Siena trip! My husband and I had so much fun with this cooking class. The chef was so nice and funny and made the class a great time. We got to keep the recipes we used, and we got to sit down with everyone at the end to eat what we made and talk. It was a really cool experience eating a meal with everyone and learning where they were from. We were so grateful we got to do this on our honeymoon and created memories here! Definitely do this class if you are thinking of it.

Lovely and yummy Tuscan meal - What a wonderful evening, fabulous chef, his interpreter/assistant was so delightful and could periodically make the room laugh. Francesco, the chef, was so good at his trade and helpful when we took our turn over the stove or preparing. When we were all through cooking a lovely table was set for the 11 of us and we enjoyed our yummy meal.

Great cooking class - Both me and my wife had a great time. The cooking class room was well laid out and professional. The chef and his partner were excellent teachers and very friendly. In terms of participation, everyone will get the opportunity to make pasta, while the rest of the dishes will be done by the chef with a different volunteer from the class helping.
