A good four day trip - We booked a tailored 4 day tour of the Cultrural Triangle with Prasanna at the UPC office in Colombo Fort Railway Station. We'd already booked accomodation so Prasana tailored the trip around this. We had four days exploring the Cultural Triangle and Tea Country. Our driver Nishan was excellent, speaking great English, was very friendly and also knowledgeable of the entire region. He was always punctual, was a very safe driver and he didn't mind if we altered the itinerary a little as we went. We visited Anuradhpura, Sigiriya, Dumballa, Kandy and Nuwaraelliya in a very busy but enjoyable schedule. I would recommend the company, as they were very accommodating and were happy to fit the tour around our needs.

Expensive, you get what you pay for. Excellent service, good car, excellent chauffeur - As the title says. You get what you pay for! Like pretty much everywhere in Sri Lanka. Worth every penny spent. The chauffeur Anura was very well informed, very patient with our slight itinerary changes and an excellent driver. Itinerary was packed yet doable. Would highly recommend.

Best decision for maximum comfort - We would like to share our travelling experience with our fantastic driver Dilruk. Dilruk is the most polite, kindest, caring person - if we could have wished for someone accompanying us on our tour, Dilruk would have been the one. We highly appreciated his great flexibility. Whenever we wanted or needed to make adjustments to our original plan it was easy for Dilruk to accommodate our wishes. We are so grateful for his ever so liberating sentence "time is not an issue madame." So we got to see all we wanted. Dilruk stopped for special foods to introduce to us and made us see hidden gems not mentioned anywhere. Another special: Dilruk cleaned up his car on a daily basis. He is a very careful and most considerate driver. All in all booing this tour was the best decision we could have taken. An amazing driver DILRUK - My friend and I visited the train station in Colombo to buy a trainticket. At the information desk, we were advised by Ferdinando from UPS Tours. We booked a driver for eight days to travel from Habarana through the central highlands to the southern coast. The next day, when we took the train from Colombo to Habarana, we arrived about 1.5 hours late. DILRUK from UPS TOURS was already waiting for us and greeted us warmly. Thanks to his safe and pleasant driving style, as well as the comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, we felt completely secure and at ease. Our itinerary included: Sigiriya (2 nights), Kandy (1 night), Ella (3 nights), Thissamaharama (1 night), and ended in Mirissa. We had the incredible opportunity to explore Sri Lanka with DILRUK, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From the very start, his enthusiasm for the country’s culture and history was evident. He possessed an impressive knowledge of the sites we visited, sharing captivating stories that enriched our experience. Originally, we had planned to spend two nights in Kandy, one night in Nuwara Eliya, and one night in Ella. However, DILRUK was open and flexible when my friend and I wanted to change our plans. DILRUK took care of every detail, ensuring our tour was both informative and enjoyable. His friendly and accommodating nature made our journey truly unforgettable. Our unforgettable trip with Dilruk - After our arrival in Colombo, my girlfriend and I received support from Fernandino at the Tourist Information Centre to plan our three-week trip. A plan was quickly drawn up and Fernandino fortunately put us in touch with Dilruk - Aka the best tourguide I’ve ever had! From the outset, it was clear that Dilruk has a genuine passion for the culture and history of Sri Lanka. His extensive knowledge of the sites we explored was impressive, and he shared captivating stories that greatly enhanced our experience. Dilruk meticulously attended to every detail, ensuring our tour was both educational and enjoyable. His approachable, adaptable, and supportive demeanor made our journey truly memorable. Whether it was suggesting local dishes or revealing hidden treasures, he always had the best recommendations. Thanks to Dilruk, we were able to immerse ourselves in the beauty of Sri Lanka. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone planning a visit. A tour with him is undeniably a highlight of the trip!

Great expérience ! - We had an excellent trip thanks to our driver Sachin! We wouldn't have had such a good time if it hadn't been there. We recommend him 100%! Always very friendly, punctual, a good driver, full of knowledge and advice. He also saved us from scams and bailed us out when we had accommodation problems. He was always very available and flexible in terms of schedules, with visits sometimes very early or late. We really loved having him around! If you have the opportunity to ask him to be your driver, don't hesitate! We'll be back in Sri Lanka for sure and will choose Sachin again! As for the agency in Colombo, we came across it by chance when we wanted to check and print our tickets. We talked with Ferdinando, to whom we explained our trip. He told us that certain stages of the trip were complicated (not impossible) using local transport. This meant changing buses a lot and wasting a lot of time on a 15-day trip with many stages. He then suggested this chauffeur-driven alternative, which seemed reasonable in terms of price (compared to similar, much more expensive options we'd seen in advance of our trip).

How to travel happily in Sri Lanka. - We loved our tour mostly because Sachin our guide and driver made it fun and we felt safe and special, and the Sri Lankan people are warm and always happy. Sachin was friendly, spoke English well, and laughed with us as we enjoyed our travels. He listened to what we wanted to do and what we did not want you to do. Nothing was too much trouble. And we shared stories together about our lives and our families. We could not recommend him more highly. The Toyota Prius was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us and our large luggage. He was a really excellent driver and had lots of knowledge about our various destinations. He became our travel companion.
