Excellent tour! - This trip exceeded my expectations. I booked it directly through the agency as a solo female traveler and didn’t feel the slightest discomfort the entire day! Rizwan, the chauffeur was the nicest person, so calm and respectful! Also the guys at the agency were very nice and polite. Sigiriya and Dambulla are a must visit in my opinion, very impressive history and architecture. We also passed by a spice garden on the way and I got to learn about different spices and Ayurvedic preparations. I highly recommend booking with Aaliyah tours. Very grateful I had this opportunity and good experience.

A very beautiful day with breathtaking experiences - We had a wonderful day with our driver Mr. Rizwan.
The ride was very pleasant with lots of great conversations and very entertaining. The cave temples of Dambulla were very interesting, but you can be prepared for a lot of stairs. The lion rock Sigiriya seemed incredibly powerful to us and there were even more stairs waiting for us - but it was so worth it. Both the view from below and the view from above were breathtaking. The frescoes of the cloud girls were also incredibly impressive, unfortunately you were not allowed to take photos.
On the way back we were allowed to express wishes if we would like to see anything else. We decided on a herb garden that we had seen on the way out - but I can advise everyone against that, in the end you unfortunately feel like you are at a pure sales event and feel compelled to buy overpriced products. But this has nothing to do with the tour itself, as it was our own decision. But for all readers: Just drive by ;-)
At this point I would like to thank the tour organizer - we had a wonderful day!

Sigiriya and Dambulla - Shamin, our tour guide was polite, thoughtful and funny! He shared his knowledge of Sri Lankan along the journey, stopping briefly to show us temples, coffee bean trees to name a few. Both of the attractions were worth the lengthy drive. It was a long day, but thoroughly enjoyed it 😃

Kandy to Sigiyra and Dambulla - Shamin drove us for our tour to Sigiyra and Dambulla from Kandy. The day was very hot and they kindly arranged to pick us up 2 hours earlier so that we were not climbing at the hottest part of the day. The car was clean, comfortable and cool. Shamin was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He stopped along the way to shows us points of interest including the Hindu temple and he stopped and took us to a local place for breakfast - food was amazing and very good price. Shamin knew lots about the Dambulla temples, so much so that we didn't need a temple guide because he had already explained everything on our way. Would recommend this tour and Shamin in particular who was excellent.

Fabulous day trip - I highly recommend this tour. It was informative, well organised and our guide, Irfan was so lovely. Irfan was a wealth of information, he was chatty and answered all our questions .
We loved the stop off at the spice farm and the lovely lunch. A great day out.

Fantastic day out with lovely guide - It was an unforgettable day, the locations were fantastic as was our guide Irfan. We learned so much about Sri Lanka from him, stuff we couldn’t never get from guide books. We felt really looked after.

Day trip to Sigiriya and Dambulla - Fantastic trip to Sigiriya and Dambulla, such beautiful and inspiring places!
Great communication from our driver Irfan and the company before and during the trip, which was really helpful and allowed us some freedom. Irfan even dropped us off in the town centre at our request, being flexible throughout the day to our needs and interests.
Irfan was a very personable and knowledgeable driver and guide.

A great way to see Dambulla & Sigiriya - An excellent way to see Dambulla and Sigiriya. Our driver Irfan couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great day. He really went above and beyond. Worth every penny

Day Trip to Pidurangala and Dambulla from Kandy - I had a really nice day trip with Mr Ilham. Highly recommend going to Pidurangala Rock as the view to Sigiriya is spectacular from there.
