Excellent tour company for heritage tour !! - The trip was really great and fun.ASANKA was an excellent guide and flexible to help do the activities as mentioned on the itinerary despite to get to the airport for an evening flight.we started the tour at 6.00 am than the scheduled time which helped to do all the activities. Sigiriya is an amazing and climbing is bit hard but really worth visiting there, this was an perfect day tour with full of activities and worth for money. Highly recommend!!!

An amazing but exhausting day - An amazing day packing in the safari, Sigriya & Dambulla from Colombo. It involved over 7 hours of driving safely, thanks to Shanesh. Watching a family of elephants feed, almost within touching distance, was a highlight. Climbing Sigiriya, 1200 steps & Dambulla 400 steps, requires a significant degree of fitness but both well worth it. We had an excellent buffet lunch (there is also an a la carte menu) for 2,500lkr at the Rukmali Hotel. There was good communication about the itinerary from JK Travel Personally I feel the Ayurvedic tour was unnecessary & increased the time pressure Having Shanesh as a personal chauffeur for the day made the experience possible. We would definitely recommend the tour despite it being a long day

Amazing Day!!! - Sigiriya is breathtaking and we are very happy that we travelled all the way from Colombo to see this wonderful fortress. Simply loved the elephant safari. It was pouring but that didnt dampen our spirits with the desire to see the elephants in their natural habitat. We spotted quite a few elephants despite the rain. Overall a wonderful day made complete by JK Travels by providing us with a comfortable car and a very knowledgeable and a kind driver.

A Memorable Tour - Our tour was amazing -- our guide Asanka was quite accommodating and gave us a few extra "tours" of a herbal medicinal school and the vegetable market (largest in the country). We enjoyed the elephant safari, and the Dambulla cave tour. Due to our detours we arrived at Sigiriya late, and it was very crowded for sundown. We recommend going to Sigirya early for sunrise (like 5am) and avoid most of the crowds that way. We enjoyed our day tour though, and as said Askanka was very helpful and made our experience memorable.

Fantastic Tour with safe driving. - This was our first tour in Sri Lanka and its truly amazing. we had a great time and enjoyed the tour. The best part of this tour was safari and Sigiriya climbing. Thanks for arranging such a lovely and amazing tour for us. All are well organized. we paid them directly for the entrance, so we didn't carry cash during the tour. Thanks JK Travels and our guide Shanesh

Wonderful Scenery over the Ancient Rock - Private Day Trip to Sigiriya, cave and National park Safari Tour. It was very interesting with a good tour provider. But, it's exhausting as it takes more than 14 hours if you would have at all, so I canceled some stops and visits to keep it to 12 hours.  National park Safari tour was wasting of time looking desperately for elephants by riding safari car, it is much better to go to a special elephants park anywhere else in Srilanka and find a lot of elephants. While Sigiriya ancient rock fortress tour was beautiful but if you do not have good fitness or you have disability it would be so difficult to climb the rock's mountain. National park Safari costs around 100$. the cave costs 7$. Sigiriya rock costs 35$. so the total trip costs around 272$.

Optimal organisation, very kind driver...the weak point is just it's too much for one day: for iron mens :-) - The trip was very nice, the communication was perfect, and they helped with paying for the entrance tickets. All this part was excellent. The only weak point is that it is too much. I do not know how could people wake up at 6.00, stay in a car for 4 hours (7-11), then enjoy a safari (which was marvellous with kind people but anyway is related to being worn out for 2 hours in a jeep under the sun), have light lunch and then, if you do not want to miss the amazing Dambulla temple (closing at 17:30 - many steep steps to climb), be able to climb Sigiriya (more than 1000 steps) in a couple of hours....because everything is closing at 17:30 so no way to ask for more time....overall everything hotel -> hotel lasted 14h and we were exhausted. Sigiriya is expensive, better visit it with calm on a separate day...otherwise this (wonderful) trip can be enjoyed fully only by Olympic athletes ....
