Excellent Service from Fabricio - My friend and I flew into Leon, GTO, Mexico into an airport and area we were completely unfamiliar with. Our driver, Fabricio , texted me ahead of arrival to let me know where to meet him and when we landed, let me know how he was dressed-totally stress free arrival for us! He drove very safely from the airport to San Miguel de Allende. Fabricio was so friendly, helping us with our Spanish and telling us a lot about the area and fun things to do. We really enjoyed our time with him.

Great driver/guide! - Fabrizio was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Great driver. He was on- time and got us to our hotel quickly. Super sweet too. He told us all about the city and its history. Highly recommend him for a tour guide or just a ride from the airport.

Memorable Trip to San Miguel - Driver - Daniel - was excellent. Pick up early. Driving skills first rate. Car very clean. Navigated heavy traffic and delays like a pro.

Highly recommend - Everything about this excursion was amazing. The tour operators were kind and went above and beyond in accommodating us. My 14 year old had a blast and is entirely grateful for the experience.

Reliable + Direct - I needed a direct transfer to San Miguel from Leon, and found this company online, seemed reliable, and glad I did! My flight was delayed and I was worried that the driver would cancel my trip if I wasn't able to communicate with him. But I reached out via email, and I was put in touch directly with my driver and was able to coordinate my new arrival time, no problem. It was easy and our driver was very kind and knowledgable. Would highly recommend booking with them!

Arrived late - He was 40 minutes late, traffic was terrible and we arrived at our destination an hour later than expected, but he did try hard.

Don't sign up. - Driver was supposed to meet us at International Arrivals. Pretty basic. He was not there. We had to call Viator a couple times and search. We found him half hour later in the parking lot. Terrible traffic, 5 1/2 hour drive. On the return trip the driver "had a flat tire" and was almost an hour late. This was another very long drive. We were nervous the whole ride that we would miss our flight. We had to run in the airport and almost missed the plane. The drivers were nice but it was expensive and unreliable.

Bad and worse - The booking was a nightmare as the agent helping me made a big mistake taking me 4 phone calls to remedy. As our luck, the ride itself was terrible. There was the smell of gasoline coming through the inside of the car. It took 3 hours of a 4 hour ride to finally communicate the issue which at that point the damage was already done. We had a choice of inhaling gasoline with windows up or with windows done a combination of gas and engine exhaust from all the other cars outside (crazy traffic) and smog. No win situation. Not the best way to start a vacation specially with an elderly.

Do Not Under Any Circumstances Book With This Company. Find an Alternative. - We Paid USD $570 for a “Luxury SUV” transfer from Mexico City to San Miguel de Allende and were led to believe by the website we would be transported in a Suburban or similar. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our driver turned up in a small family car that pretends to be a SUV, so small it couldn’t take 2 regular suitcases and 2 hand luggage in the trunk. Furthermore the driver was terrible, texting while driving on the freeway and didn’t know which hotel we were staying in. When I contacted the company they acknowledged the marketing was misleading, yet refused to refund the difference between the standard option and the premium Luxury SUV. They are clearly dishonest and should be avoided at all costs.
