Great ride to San Miguel de Allende - We had a great experience traveling from BJX to San Miguel de Allende. Carlos communicated with us before our flight landed and picked us up right on time. After the 1.5 hour drive to San Miguel, he made sure we reached our hotel safely. Thank you Carlos!

Excelent service all around. - The driver was waiting for us at the lobby of the airport with a clear sign. Excelent driver but also a superb tourist guide. As our flight was delayed in the way back, Martin offered us a short guided tour of Guanajuato. Highly recommended.

Not very happy - The driver was not at the airport when we arrived. When I called the customer service person said the driver picked up someone else by mistake. We had to wait 20 mor minutes for a driver and the license plate was not what I was told it would be. Being unsure we called to confirm. The driver was fine
