- ALL KAYAKS ARE TANDEM and have a total maximum weight capacity of 425lbs, no more than 250lbs per seat. WEIGHT LIMITS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED for the safety of guests and equipment.
- Weight restrictions strictly enforced for guest safety and equipment integrity.
- Guests should be aware of Florida’s heat; bring sufficient water and sun protection.
- Individuals with blood sugar issues should carry appropriate snacks or glucose supplements.

Look for the huge "SILVER SPRINGS ENTRANCE" sign off Silver Springs Blvd. Enter the parking lot and head towards the far end of the lot to find the paddling area. Park wherever you'd like in the main lot and locate your guide near the information bulletin by the paddling entrance.

Friendly small groups with great wildlife - This was a great tour from a nice little company. They only do small groups to keep you and the wildlife happy and they have a eco focus which was clear to see. Aly our guide was knowledgeable and friendly and worked hard to make sure we got the most out of it. We saw turtles and birds and Gators and a manatee! It was a good amount of time to be kayaking so you didn't get too tired if it's not something you've done before.

worth every cent! - Josh was a great guide; he was informative, and we could really tell he was local to the area based on his knowledge of the area, etc. My brother and his family are visiting from Germany, so I was so glad I was able to experience this with them. We saw Lots of Manatees, up close, a baby and a mama, and we saw lots of turtles, and birds, and other wildlife. GREAT TRIP! THANK YOU JOSH!

Incredible Eco Tour with Manatee Sightings - We highly recommend Ecoventures!! They were recommended by a friend who is a local, and booking with them online was super easy. Josh was an incredible tour guide. He had everything prepared for us to launch into the water when we arrived. The equipment - including clear kayaks and dry bags - was all in good condition.
The tour itself was amazing! Josh was knowledgeable about everything and a delight to spend the morning with. He took great photos and videos for us so we could just enjoy the time. We saw manatees, gators, turtles, and many birds.
We will definitely book this same tour again with family when they are in town.

Perfect - Ally was an excellent tour guide. We got to see the Manatees. Go early AM to make sure they will be out. The wealth of knowledge we received was fascinating along with great pictures of nature and the habitat .

Unique, informative and beautiful excursion - Our tour was amazing. Our guide, Aly, was super knowledgeable about the springs and the area in general. It was so informative and absolutely beautiful. We have never seen anything like it. And the manatees!! :). We just loved everything about this experience.

Natures paradise - The ecoadventures guide explained how the crystal-clear waters of Silver Lake have attracted filmmakers over the years, with many iconic TV shows and movies being filmed there. As we paddled along in our glass-bottom kayak, we could see remnants of old sets peeking out from beneath the water's surface, giving us a glimpse into the past. It was fascinating to imagine the stars of the silver screen once walking along the shores of Silver Springs Lake, bringing Hollywood glamour to this natural paradise. The ecoadventures guide's passion for the history and ecology of the area truly brought the experience to life (birds, alligators, manatees, fishes, underwater caverns, etc), making it a memorable and educational journey through time. It was also interesting to learn about the importance of the fresh water supply throughout the State of Florida.

A kayak trip to remember - manatees, wild monkeys, gators and turtles what more could you want! - To say that this kayak trip was exceptional would be an understatement! Aly was friendly and welcoming from the get go. As we were the only couple in the slot, she made sure it was very personal taking her time to explain and provide knowledge of the spring which was so informative and interesting. You can tell Aly loves what she does and she provides an A+ service. We were extremely lucky on our tour and managed to see wild monkeys, turtles, gators and 4 MANATEES!! Seeing the manatees and monkeys made our trip, especially as it is so rare to see them in the summer. Aly made sure we were had ample time in each area and provided some outstanding pictures and videos capturing the memories for us allowing us to take everything in and experience it. I would highly recommend this company and Aly both me and my partner loved it. What a way to finish up our holiday. Thank you again to Aly, from the 2 Welshies.

Great kayak tour with Aly - Aly was great and very knowledgeable about the Springs. We had a great tour and saw a large group of manatees and many alligators. Plus turtles, birds and so many fish.
The kayaks were very comfortable and the backrest made kayaking a breeze.

Absolutely perfect - Our guide Josh was wonderful ! Knowledgeable, patient , and very personable. We saw 11 Manatee and he took beautiful pictures and sent them to us all so we could enjoy the tour
