Great transfer. - It was great having Amy meet us at the door with a sign witb our name on it. The driver was very helpful with our bags.

Very satisfied - Great communication with the driver prior to and on day of pickup. It was a confusing situation, getting off a ship prior to normal debarkation but our ride was right there with a sign.

Highly recommended! - Amy and Alan gave myself and my friends a memorable tour of Singapore. They showed us the places we should see and took us to dine at the place they go to. We were the only Americans there do we knew we were in the perfect location. Highly recommend them for any need, whether a transfer to the airport or your tour needs.

The experience far exceeded my expectations----excellent transfer from Cruise terminal to Hotel - This was the most efficient cruise port to hotel transfer that I have ever experienced. I would strongly recommend this tour operator to anyone looking to arrange Cruise terminal to Hotel transfer. I suspect that this operator would do an equally good job with Airport to Hotel transfer ( although I have not had the opportunity to use them for such). I used WHAT's APP to communicate with the tour operator the day before the Pick Up so that I had a What's App phone number to use and communicate directly with the driver today. I was able to inform the driver when I had my luggage, when I had cleared customs and when I was waiting to meet him at the cruise terminal pick up point. The driver was able to tell me precisely where at Cruise Terminal pick up that I could find him. The excellent lay out of the cruise terminal pick up area also helped greatly in making this such an efficient and hassle free experiene. I would stronglyh advise anyone booking this or similar pick up transfers to use WHAT's APP proactively the day before the scheduled pick up both to confirm the reservation but also to have a phone number by which you can reliably communicate without $$ charges ( using WHAT's APP) with the driver directly or the tour operator on the day of your pick up

Amazing tour and cruise ship transfer - Amy and her husband were amazing. They picked us up from the cruise ship terminal with great direction to meet them. Amy suggested we go on a tour while waiting for our hotel room. She was so helpful in choosing some great places to visit along with a delicious lunch. One of our favorite tours of our vacation. They were delightful and we would highly recommend them for your transfers or a tour. Thanks again:)

Good experience - I got contacted by operator that instracted me on the arrival process and where driver will wait. Also allowed us adding few more people. We got big and comfortable minivan for all and it can accommodate large amount of suitcases. We do needed to go and search for our driver in the texies passage because he told they cannot go outside and park. So we had to go and wait, he not met us in the terminal hall and it would be nice if he would as we were 7 people with laggage. Drop off was smooth.
