Prompt service; great communication - Our contact at the company, Amy, was quite good about communication. She provided us with the name of our driver, his ETA, his license plate number, and a photo of his vehicle. Alan, the driver, arrived on time and was friendly and helpful and got us to our destination promptly. I cannot add much more to that. A great experience all around.

Excellent experience. The team was on-time and texted me as to their arrival and whereabouts. - I had both a tour guide and a driver. Amy, the tour guide, was with me step by step and walked me through the Marina Bay Cruise Center as far as she could before I began the embarkation process. She even carried my carry-on bag from the van. The driver was very professional, and the van was very clean.

Reliable transpo - You will receive an sms from.the operator asking you abput flight details and what time you want to be picked up. Best part is, they were on time. It was a huge van but we had 8 luggages so it fit perfectly.
