• BatamFast Ferry Pte Ltd - Self check-in at the BatamFast ferry counter, located in lobby C on the second floor of 50/51 Harbourfront Center.
• Batam Center - After approximately an hour on the ferry, you will arrive at Batam Center Port. An officer will welcome you at the jetty and assist you with express clearance. (Visa-on-arrival may be required for non-ASEAN passport holders.)

After completing immigration checks, your tour guide will meet you in the arrival hall and take you on the tour.
