Well worth the visit. - The waterfall and cloud mist, followed by the sky walkway, were excellent sites and well worth the value.

Best attraction in Singapore - Cloud forest and supertree obervatory is one of the best attractions in Singapore, beautiful, feels like staying at the place for hours. Cloud forest is very beautiful and is also a very good place to educate kids about the problems of climate change. Supertree obervatory is also very beautiful, it is good to attend the light show in the evening which happens around 7:30 pm.

A must see!!! - The super tree observatory is a must see! It was mesmerizing to see the other trees below, a great view of Marina Bay Sands and the city. The cloud forest was absolutely beautiful!

Worth a Visit-Fab experience - Excellent experience . Easy to redeem voucher. Definitely worth paying to go up the Supertree Observatory & into the Flower Dome. There's also a walk way you can pay to go on too. We didn't use the transport included as the stop was totally the otherside of town from where we were staying. You can spend hours going around Gardens of the Bay which is free & definitely go back in the evening to see the Supertree lightshow which is either 7.45pm or 8.45pm, lasts 15 minutes, free.

Must do trip Cloud Forest and Super Trees at night - Cloud Forest amazing, easy to exchange vouchers from Viator for tickets but would be so much easier if tickets issued direct to phone. We did not leave enough time for the observatory as wanted to see the amazing Super Tree light show

Flower dome and supertree observatory - Flower dome was a lovely oasis from the hot weather. Japanese garden with cherry blossoms were lovely. However, the dome needs more species of flowers.

Disappointing - Could not get tickets with voucher given. Tried twice with ticket office to get resent. Received nothing. Waste of time and money.

Ended up costing me more - Tickets did not work and although I was refunded promptly I ended up having to shell out a lot more money and the day and had a very stressful start to the day. Tickets were completely invalid.

Stress and rip-off. Ruin the moment with the offer - WARNING: RIP-OFF!!! The combination of Cloud Forest and Supertree is not possible! You don't get tickets, just a voucher and then you still have to go to the ticket counter. It's better to book on site or on the official website. RIP-OFF!!!
