Amazing tour guide - Iris was a fantastic tour guide! She had such a good understanding of the history and took us to a ton of really fun places. We learned a lot and got to try out a lot of yummy dishes and drinks!

See these trades before they are gone - Insightful trip learning about coffee roasting, bread making and paper craft. Sad that these trades may not be around in 10 years or so, but glad that I got to find out more about them before they are gone.
