Gorgeous if crowded - The domes are blissfully air conditioned which helps on a 90+F day. There is a fair amount of walking but there are lifts. Unbelievable gardens and more

Amazing - Incredible day/ night out well worth the visit and definitely worth the cost. Perhaps the only problem was people who do not understand queues and talk into there mobile phones . Next time I will be walking straight into them

Roses and more roses - Rose exhibition on this month. more beautiful, roses in a peaceful, spectacular Glass dome. Promoting turkey using Turkish teapots and urns. Some seating around the exhibition plenty of time and room to enjoy the roses

Beautiful - Gardens by the Bay is amazing. The perfect time to visit is just before sunset so you are there to see it come alive with all the lights. We did the Flower Dome with Cloud Forest. Absolutely beautiful. The walk through the dome has two levels. The top level is a walkway suspended at the top of the dome. Not for the faint hearted if you are scared of heights like I am but I did it!!

Gardens by the bay a MUST - Cloud forest & sky walk and absolute must. Went when they opened at 9 am on Monday had the whole place to ourselves. Returned for night show with hoards of people but worth sweating

Lovely experience - Lovely few hours out . Cool , indoors which is useful if it’s a deluge . Even took the car around the gardens which was an extra 10 dollars but well worth it if your mobility is compromised in any way . The experience was a delight and a must if your in Singat

Ticket purchasing process could have been better - Booked tickets on Viator - sent a voucher. Voucher stated tickets will be emailed but no timeframe. Didn't receive tickets until a day before the event - felt this was unnecessarily late. Also, Viator constantly informing me that the tickets were ready in the app (they weren't) and Viator website and App do not correlate as when you are in one, it states you need to be in the other - make your mind up.

It is a scam! Don’t buy! - I am extremely disappointed with this tour, which turned out to be nothing more than a scam. After making payment, I never received the tickets. I contacted Viator three times by phone, only to be told each time that the local provider, MAM HOLIDAYS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., failed to provide the tickets to Viator. When I looked up this company on Google, it seemed like a fake entity. Their phone number is never answered, and they appear completely unreliable. I cannot understand why Viator would choose to partner with such a fraudulent company. I waited an entire day without receiving my tickets and missed out on the tour. When I contacted Viator again, I was told that my booking was non-refundable and non-cancellable unless the local provider admits it was their fault. This is absolutely unacceptable. Is Viator deliberately working with shell companies like this to scam customers out of their money?

No tickets arrived after payment - No tickets were sent through, despite many messages and calls which went to answerphone. After 1/2 hour with no response I had to buy expensive extra tickets at the gardens in order to get access. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PROVIDER - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PROVIDER 10 days after I purchased the tickets they still hadn’t arrived by email as stated so I emailed them twice with no response. I called them twice and both times got an answering machine. I contacted Viator who also tried to contact them with no reply. After 12 days from when I purchased the tickets and a day before my trip I still hadn’t received my tickets so I contacted Viator again who said they would follow up again. Later that day they notified mt that this tour provider had canceled my tour. Very disappointed but at least I got a refund and hopefully can buy tickets at the gate when we arrive.
