Great place, beautiful... - Great place, beautiful gardens and water features. Also a shuttle service if you're unable to walk far.

Simple and no problems - All worked well, after payment got confirmation and was advised tickets would be emailed the day before. As promised tickets arrived via WhatsApp and also via email link to Viator. Downloaded fine, didn't need a paper copy, QR code worked fine in the ticket. Lovely time at both domes

Beautiful - Absolutely fantastic, spent most of the day there, lots to do. Flower dome so beautiful as was the cloud forest. Super trees were out of this world

Book this tour - What a beautiful place and the booking is very easy! You will be sent a confirmation email with a ticket. But this is not your ticket, you will be sent your tickets the day before. I received mine through WhatsApp and you literally just download the QR codes and show them at each entrance. No dramas, went very smoothly and is a must do when visiting Singapore. The skywalk is high, so if you are scared of heights this may not be for you, but once you are up the views are spectacular. No need to book a time slot, we went early in the morning and didn’t have any que and was super for pictures with only a few people around. Going back for the evening light show is also a must but this does get very busy and can become overwhelming when trying to get back to Marina bay sands. But definitely worth it. Cloud forest was very pretty, so many different flowers to see and the waterfall is magical

Relaxed visit of CloudForest and SuperTrees - Access with the sent QR code was possible without any problems! I was able to visit both attractions directly that day without waiting.

God day after frustrating start - We had a great day out after we managed to get in. The floral displays matched those in Dubai. Despite buying tickets online in advance, it took us half an hour to get the evidence that we had tickets the App did not work!!

Gardens by the Bay - It’s well worth visiting the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. Both were very impressive. Put it on your list.

Do not book with MAM holidays - Do NOT book with this Agency (MAM Holidays) ever. They have zero customer service and lousy attitude. They contact you 1day in advance (on Sunday) to informed you that the site is closed. The tickets was purchased 1 month before the visitation date. It was such an embarrassment when you are with your guests and you cant enter the site. When you try to call them, they wont answer you and ask you to text. when I finally called the main line, the same person answered and started yelling... "so what do you want?" is that how you would respond to a customer? Worst and most unreasonable person. Book at your own risk. If you have time and needed to test your patience, you should look for them.
