Fantastic! - Great tram ride and supporting animals was so much fun. Saw so many chilling in the night. The lion and elephants were so impressive! Watched the show at the auditorium too and that was fantastic. Great way to spend an eve in singapore for a couple like us or for a family or group of friends.

An enjoyable and different experience - Great place to visit and certainly a different experience. Great variety of animals to see that are not in cages but in large enclosures which seem really close to you. Enjoyed walking the paths at own pace - you see a lot more than on the bus.

Nice environment for animals..but not enough time to enjoy seeing animals - Not enough time to take photos..stops not long enough. 😒 good that they contribute to conservation. Beautiful animals

Price-performance ratio is not right - We were there 10 years ago, but this time we were rather disappointed with the price-performance ratio. We took a taxi to the zoo because the journey by public transport takes significantly longer. We tried to book the tickets online beforehand, but we didn't receive the email with the tickets. However, this wasn't a problem because the ticket was printed out for us at the entrance using the booking number. We started with the show, which showed nocturnal animals (e.g. wild boar, owl, etc.). It is important to register for the show using a QR code. Then we got on the tram and drove through the zoo. Unfortunately, we couldn't see quite as many animals as on our last visit. The elephants were very nice to see. Overall, the visit wasn't really worth all the effort - taxi there and taxi back - for me. I had expected a bit more. Although the zoo is open until midnight, by 11 p.m. the information stand had already been cleared away, the photo corner was already closed, the trams had been parked away, the restaurant was already cleaning up, etc. I would have liked to have visited the circular path after the tram ride, but I felt like I had to leave quickly so as not to get locked in.

Total experience lasted 25 minutes. Ridiculous!!! - Entire safari lasted 25 minutes. Total waste of time. Spent plenty for the taxi as well as the tickets. Best to check out the zoo by yourself during the day.

Night Safari - Unfortunately, it didn’t meet the expectations at all , the fact that I bought the tickets and was informed after making the payment that I wouldn’t receive my tickets till the day of the event was extremely stressful , this should have been mentioned before purchasing. This is not my first time going to the night safari park however, this is the first time that this has occurred . For me to have to follow up on my tickets was very stressful and consumed a lot of my vacation time . The tickets I paid for were for 7:15 pm . And I was given 9:15 pm slot . Which is extremely late and I had other plans and reservations. Trip advisor needs to look into this and not sell non refundable tickets and surprising customers with different timings and having to follow up on their tickets.

Night time Safari - Very crowded….only saw two animals…totally not worth it. Paths were dark and poorly marked. Had to take a taxi both ways and it turned out to be too far to be worth the trouble.

Night safari experience - The worst part of this-was our appointment time was 7:15 originally-and we did not get notice that our tickets had been moved to 9:15-(no internet)- then we get there and tram wait was 90 minutes-we ended up walking through-it was a miserable night

Disappointed - They moved our time to 2 hours later at last minute. The line to get on the tram was over 2 hours! We walked it, but it was hard to see the animals. It’s very dark, no lightning and it’s so humid it’s slippery to walk. All in all we were very disappointed not worth the taxi ride and price
